Snow effects for Christmas Does Not Work
This app or feature doesn't work, I contacted support for it with a ticket. Haven't seen anything from them in weeks, so I removed the product and won't be getting it again.

Product Options (Swatches) Not working, no support
Added image swatch and shows black circle and error image. submitted for ticket 7 times and did not get a single answer. support ticket is a clickbait
Product Options (Swatches) Disappointing Support and Limited Swatch Functionality
I have already opened a support ticket twice, but received no feedback. I only wanted to book the offered trial period and now have the subscription. Unfortunately, the swatches do not offer a magnifying function, and fabric samples still just look like a simple color field.

Product Options (Swatches) Mobile app
Not all the swatches we offer pulls up in the mobile app. I've updated the settings to where it should show the first 2 and then a plus sign to show more however it did not work. The changes I made didn't stick or save.

Sent 3 emails and no response. The app has been paid in full and doesn't work correctly. I am truly disappointed
