Excellent, easy to use, great UK support.

I previously used a different 3rd party integration based in Eastern Europe to connect my Royal Mail account to my store, who pulled the plug on it, leaving me in the lurch. I looked about and found Shiptheory. I was a bit reluctant at first, but once I called them, had the initial chat, my mind was put at ease. The service is so easy to use, 2 clicks and all of my shipping labels would print out. if i did ever have an issue, which was normally down to something on my end, then Rupert and the Tech Support guys, of which they have a big UK based team, sorted it instantly whilst I was on the phone to them. If like me, you are next a computer expert and worry about things like this, then give them a try, I will guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Terrible

In the US, if you use Ship Theory and want to use USPS you need a stamps.com account and subscription to use. So you're paying for two services just to use one, when technically I could just use stamps.com instead. I was talking to a rep about this and he said he doesn't know how stamps.com works but proceeded to tell me how Shiptheory works... if you don't know how stamps.com works, then why use it a service and provider on your own platform??? Waste of time and money just to find out that I needed to pay for another service in order to use their service. Not to mention, I was also charged $10 more for the monthly sub then was actually advertised in USD. You have to jump through hoops and wait for someone to call you in order to cancel subscription as well. I will be issuing a chargeback...

Amazing Customer Service

It's so amazing to have a human at the other end of the phone! And patient, competent and friendly humans to boot! Rita, George and the tech team were very responsive and took the time to walk us through the process of getting set up and were always available to answer question and check in with us. We're still working out to what extent the app is going to help us with our slightly unorthodox shipping process, but I can 100% recommend Ship Theory for their outstanding customer service. Will update about the app itself once we've had a bit more time with it.

Super Easy and Super Helpful Staff

Game changer for small businesses - I would highly reccomend

I started using Shiptheory about two months ago and it has been one of the best decisions I have made as a small business. I was wasting so much time printing labels with DPD and since I started using shiptheory it has freed up so much time. Very easy to use and simple to set up - although the customer service from Josh has been amazing if you ever need a hand. There is also various automations available to make it even simpler to print labels and update customers of tracking details . 5++++ stars.
