    Conflicting information

    The free starter plan has been and currently on 2/24/26 still says "Automated order entry with the Shipday API" with up to 300 deliveries but Shipday says your required to upgrade too premium. Changing the price is ok but misleading customers to free features behind a pay wall is deceiving.

    THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT

    THE SECOND TIME WE REQUESTED A DOORDASH DELIVERY MAN, THE DELIVERY MAN DISAPPEARED WITH OUR CUSTOMER'S ORDER. DOORDASH PAID SHIPDAY THE FULL REFUND AND SHIPDAY HAS NOT PASSED THAT REFUND TO US UNTIL TODAY. WE ASKED TO CANCEL THE PLAN AND SHIPDAY INSTRUCTED US TO REMOVE OUR CARD FROM THE ACCOUNT BUT WHEN DOING THIS WE WAS CHARGED THE EQUIVALENT OF 1 MONTHLY FEES WHICH THEY ALSO "DON'T RECOGNIZE" AND SAY IT WAS A REFUND AND NOT A DEBIT (AS IF I WAS DELAYED AND DIDN'T KNOW DIFFERENTIATE DEBIT FROM CREDIT).

    Such an amazing app with a big issue

    Almost after 2 years, finally they built this app, with price calculation base on Distance and Time, It is user friendly app. But there is huge problem which the checkout doesn't connect to wix also no option for customers to pay. I am sure that there is a great team behind it and I hope they fix this problem so we can use it practically.
