    Not satisfied with the charges

    The system price shipping calculator is inaccurate when charging the end customer through the website, resulting in undercharges to the customer and later overcharges to our account. As a result, we have to absorb the extra costs. Additionally, claims take a very long time to be resolved, and almost all of them result in no positive return for us.

    It did not work

    Had problems with getting the app to show delivery options at checkout. Wix support said it was a problem on Easyships end but Easyship support said it was a problem on wixs end. After 3 hours of trying I gave up

    not happy

    I tried to add this to my wix store and it kept saying my user name or password was incorrect. I wrote it down and I saved it on my computer soooo I tried to make a new account. Came up that the account already existed ....grrr. So then I sent a request to support and never got a response. Now my trial is up??? What trial? I have tried to contact the person assigned to my account 4 times and just now sent in a request to cancel. I have no idea if this app is any good as there is no way for me to test it out and I am now so angry I want nothing to do with it.

    Live Shipping checkout not available for Wix.

    Although downloading the app, integration, and setup was easy, Shipping is not available for Wix stores. It defeats the purpose if Wix's API doesn't allow for Easyships's Live Rates at checkout. Everything needs to be manually executed. So, if you need live rates at checkout for accuracy in shipping costs, this is not the right app.

    Nice integration

    This is very nice to be fair, I signed up for a free trial, ran some tests and everything appears to work as described in the easyship docs. Will continue testing and will likely upgrade to a plus subscription when we're off the ground running.

    Great easy to use

    I do not send many packages at the moment so I like the option to pay as I go with a recurring subscription.
