Closeby - Store Locator Map Perfect Store Locator Solution for Growing Businesses
We had been using Closeby – Store Locator Map for our business website and it has been a fantastic experience! Closeby - Store Locator Map This is a very good map app. But please change the language displayed on the map to Korean.
Hello, I am currently using your Closeby-store Locator Map app in Korea as a paid version. I have a request while using your app, so I am contacting you like this. I want the language displayed on the map to be in Korean instead of English. Currently, the area names and various notations on the map are all displayed in English, which makes Koreans reluctant to use it. In order to increase the participation rate, the map definitely needs to be translated into Korean. Can you help me with the Korean part of the map for the website I run? If additional payment is required, I would like to pay the money and proceed with the Korean translation. Please help me. I really appreciate it. Closeby - Store Locator Map Works Well and Great Customer Service
We use the app for our restaurant locations. It has all the features you would expect or need and great design options. We were having some difficulty with a feature and contacted their support. They got back to us immediately with a video of how to fix it, and it turns out it was user error - not their product. Highly recommend.
Closeby - Store Locator Map We love it!
We switched to Closeby for our "Find a Church" feature on our website and it has been a huge upgrade from what we previously had. The ability for people to be able to use their zip code to search or see one large list has been amazing. We recently did a redesign and flip on our site and I had some questions with the move. Brian, the Closeby owner was incredibly helpful and very quick to answer. I understand based on the reviews that some seem to be upset by having to have a MapBox account, but it is a very simple process and not something you have to continually mess with. The cost for Closeby is very reasonable and well worth what you get.

Hi! Deleting apps is a workflow controlled by Wix, we app developers don't have any control over that experience. You can do so by going to your dashboard at manage.wix.com, click Apps -> Manage Apps, and then select & delete the app you want (presumably our garbage app). Closeby - Store Locator Map Has potential, but has 1 major flaw
Looks good until you add it to your site where it forces you to make an account with Mapbox to make your map publicly viewable using their key. Mapbox is a different entity, and they force you to provide your payment details even on their free plan.

Hi! Yes, that's correct (which is why we refer to the need for a Mapbox account in our app listing). Mapbox powers some key aspects of the customizability/design quality of our app. Their free tier is pretty extensive though - unless you have more than 50,000 visitors/month loading the map, you shouldn't expect to pay anything. Closeby - Store Locator Map Cancel of Premium
Hello, how can I terminate my premium membership? I couldn't find an area on the panel to end the subscription. Only the "upgrade" option appears.

Hi! App downgrades are actually a Wix setting. From manage.wix.com, click your site, then click “Settings” on the left nav panel, then click “Manage Plan." There, you should see your apps and a place to cancel your subscription by turning off auto-renewal. Closeby - Store Locator Map Best locator app, great design options
I’ve tried a bunch of location mappers and this is the highest quality one. I think the confusion over credit cards is that Closeby uses Mapbox to power the map, so you have to create an account with both platforms. Mapbox DOES require a credit card for their free tier, but you get 50k map loads/month free which is way more than we need. Closeby doesn’t take a card and it works like most of the other apps on here… you pay through Wix when you upgrade.
