First of all, we were sellers that were facing the same problems as our clients do now. We noticed a lack of appropriate tools to make our day to day life easier by automating and aggregating everything in our business. Whilst using different sales channels and multiple shipping providers, our daily routine contained too many copy-paste tasks. The process was inefficient and hard for new people to adapt. So we found a way to make the world a better place by creating software that takes away that pain for all sellers.

App works very well. Displays very professionaly.Easy install & set up. Had a question, made contact and had a reply within 15 minutes. Multiorders Team are open to suggestions and are updating app to improve further.

Bundles Hopeful but disappointed
UPDATED: After posting my review, I did receive a quick response to assist in getting my issues/requests resolved. I believe this app has potential. However, during the week I was waiting for app assistance, I found a work around for making bundles work for me on this 'bundle unfriendly' Wix platform. I understand technical difficulties can happen with emails so I will give some grace - but they respond to negative reviews very quickly, and I've experienced no communication difficulties. Although live chat is an option provided, I have never been able to get a response. My first reach out to them was 6/17 and as of this morning, still nothing. I sent a reply to an email I received when I first downloaded in hopes to get a response - nothing. I have now submitted another email via their Contact app support this morning but don't hold out much hope.

Bundles This is the winner if you're trying to add quantity based package discounts.
Needed to add volume/quantity based options. Tested absolutely every other app on wix marketplace. This is the winner for sure. Looks great, works great. Easy to set up. Fast and responsive developer/customer service.

Bundles Easy to use
I was having an issue with the add to cart button design on mobile devices because the layout wasn't looking right and it was overriding my site's styling. I reached out to support and Donatas got back to me quickly, saying they would look right away. They found the issue and had it fixed completely the very same day. The widget now looks seamless on both desktop and mobile. Thank you!

Bundles Took my money, broke my store on day one, ignored my emails for months.
Paid $95.04 USD for an annual plan on 8 May. The widget instantly showed "Your trial has ended" across every product page on my live store, blocking the Add to Cart button. I was using 2,047 of 5,000 monthly views - nowhere near the limit. They took my money and broke my store on day one. 18 days before I found it. A Growth plan upgrade didn't fix it. I deleted the widget entirely to get my checkout back. Sent full GA4 analytics proving the sales impact. They asked for documentation. I sent everything. Silence. 18 days of a broken checkout. An unnecessary upgrade charge. Months of ignored emails. Do not put this on a live store. UPDATE 27 Jul 2026: 14+ emails sent since this review. Donatas replied once on 9 June promising Wix would refund both charges. 7 weeks later - no refund. Emails on 26 June and 13 July ignored completely. Now going directly to Wix and my bank for a chargeback. This company takes your money and disappears.

We’d like to clarify that this flow is actually a standard Wix system requirement, not something we designed. Since our app adds a visual element to your site, Wix requires uninstallation through the Editor to ensure all code is cleanly removed from your live pages. To fully remove the app, please follow these steps: In your Dashboard, go to Apps > Manage Apps and select Delete. This will open the Wix Editor. In the Editor's App Manager, find our app and click Delete again. Important: Click Publish at the top right of the Editor to update your live site. Bundles & Kits Creator Doesnt work
The bundle I did doesnt show up on my page, et dashboard loads indifinitely
Bundles Completely broken and unusable
Dashboard doesn't load (spins and spins). Products don't load when trying to create an offer. Offer doesn't save (spins and spins) when you just try to select it for all products. Completely unusable. Have submitted two requests and haven't heard anything back. No support, no working product. Have a paid account and it says I don't have a paid account even though I'm looking at it in my subscriptions. Basically a scam at this point.
