HubSpot Sync No support when it stopped working
Easy to set up and worked great to start with. It then stopped working completely. Submitted multiple support requests but received no response or help. Have since cancelled subscription.
HubSpot Sync Misleading pricing
The app works, but pricing is not transparent. I subscribed seeing €18.92/month, only to discover after payment that this is a promo price for the first month. From the second month the price jumps to €23.65 without clear warning during checkout. The €15/month price is only valid for annual billing, which is not clearly communicated. Technically fine, but the pricing flow feels intentionally misleading. Please make recurring pricing explicit before payment.

We want to clarify that our subscriptions and checkout flow are handled by Wix, and the way promotional and recurring prices are displayed is managed within their platform and unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, your feedback is absolutely valid. We regret that this led to confusion and a negative experience, and this is certainly not the impression we want to give.
