TWICE Rentals Not worth it
They reel you in with a 2 week trail of the basic stuff. You can't change anything. they want you to use their pages they already made. You don't really get a good feel for the app. I don't want to buy the Build package and I still can't do what I need todo then 92 dollars is down the drain. so I will be making my own booking system with codes and deleting this app. & 92 dollars a month is too much for small businesses as well.
TWICE Rentals Doesn't work
I cant uninstall it and it wont let me remove it. Absolutely terrible.

Hi, We're sorry to hear you had trouble removing the app. We've reviewed your site and can see that TWICE widgets are still installed on your website and your subscription is still active. Wix requires app components to be removed before an app can be uninstalled. Also cancelling the paid subscription is highly recommended, since deleting an app does not stop recurring billing. We've reached out directly with detailed instructions and also recommend reviewing Wix's Support Center for guidance on removing apps and managing app subscriptions.

TWICE Rentals Terrible
This app is compartmentalized and not at all customizable or user friendly, that is when it actually works! Customer support takes 24 hours to respond I am looking for a replacement app. I can't tell how many sales I've lost due to this app not working properly.

Our support team replied to all messages within a day during office hours, and after further conversation via email, we were able to help get everything working as expected. :) Your site is now up and running, products are live, and checkout is working smoothly. TWICE Rentals I've finally found what we've been looking for!
We've struggled enormously to get anyone to build our rental website with all the bells and whistles we need, but with Twice Rentals I think we've finally found what we've been looking for, and are able to do it ourselves in a fraction of the time anyone else has done anything badly for us! We're still in the middle of the build, but whenever I have a question Twice are very speedy at getting back to us, which is very helpful. :-)

TWICE Rentals had to uninstall
cant even customize the rental section in your physical site the only color they have for words is black, in my site you couldn't even see what the paragraph said. you cant change the colors. the site is good but the customizations are trash

TWICE Rentals So many problems
1. We upgraded to have the capability to connect to Google Calendar, which requires using another program. After three days of trying to set it up, it still doesn't connect. 2. In the Twice dashboard, you can't get a calendar (month) view, and if you are working with rentals, this is absolutely necessary. 3. There's no way to edit the amount that the client is going to pay if you are putting in a manual booking. 4. The worst is that we have a rental available, which shows that it is in the inventory, yet not available when we try to manually book it. 5. All of the Help and tutorials are NOT helpful and I haven't found a way to talk to an actual person.

TWICE Rentals Can't get to install properly
Have been working with Twice for 12 days and the app is still not properly installed on my site. They say they are waiting on Wix. App won't delete for me to uninstall and reinstall.
