    Great system

    Took a while to get my head around it but got help on Inkthreadable talking to a person and managed to get the shop together quickly, only downside is that Wix has not got an option to re arrange your items on the shop, it only runs it in the order of the items you link each time. So make sure to link each item in the order you want it to appear on the website

    Disastrous package tracking

    They do not track their own shipments. I have been waiting for my goods for a month, I have asked Inkthreadable several times why the packages were blocked and they have always told me that everything was normal, that it took time. In the end my two packages went back to England and I am still waiting.

    So far, so simple and seamless!

    I've been using this app for a couple of weeks now and have found it fairly easy to get the hang of the system. Integrates very well with my WIX store and easy to add and update products. Handy that you can set variables up for products; so that a design that has to be different for black and white shirts can be set up before exporting to WIX. All in all very pleased with it's functionality, and with Inkthreadable's helpful walk-throughs and Help pages.

    Great

    It's a very good feature, been waiting for it for months. It's worth it. I would love it if there was the option for ink to send shipping emails to the customers too. That would be 5*!
