Ship.com App refuses to allow me to choose anything
While initially signing up, I decided on the mid level growth plan for my brand new business that hasn't even launched yet but the app decided I needed the much more expensive unlimited plan instead and forced me into that. When I attempted to downgrade, it refused to allow me to downgrade to my chosen plan. After repeated errors and fighting with it and it refusing to let me off of the overpriced and unneeded unlimited plan, I finally decided to just cancel which it also refuses to allow me to do and it won't allow me to remove my credit card information either. If I end up with that exorbitant charge on it, I'm going to report you to the BBB

Ship.com Not worth the hassle
I tried to use the Ship.com integration on WIX and it never worked. I emailed 4 people in the company every other day for 2 weeks and got no where with no results. We never successfully shipped 1 product. I finally dropped Ship.com and went to another company. Steer clear
