Cooloff is built and maintained by Eitan Plaks, an independent developer in Israel. The app does one thing and tries to do it exactly: it gives online shops selling to EU consumers the withdrawal function that Article 11a of the Consumer Rights Directive requires, and it keeps an accurate, exportable record of every declaration a shop receives. Support requests are answered by the person who wrote the code.
