    Hello how are you? I'm having trouble with app payment plans First: I've noticed that a member of the site can sign up for the plans multiple times, even if they are already active in the plan. Second: The email that arrives for the user who bought the plan arrives in English. Third: The payment plan does not appear in the members area, it appears that there is no connection between the application, and then the user who buys the plan does not know when the plan will end and can not see which plan was purchased. Can someone help me?

      Hi, thank you for your review. For the first point, we are working on a feature that will allow a plan to be purchased only once by the same customer. We will reach out to talk about that. Secondly, we introduced Automations feature for Paid Plans that allows sending custom emails on plan purchase, expiration, and cancelation. You can learn about that here https://support.wix.com/en/article/sending-automated-emails-in-paid-plans. Templates are fully customizable so you can translate them. We are working on My Plans feature in Paid Plans and you already can create custom members area with Corvid that would show that. We will contact you to talk in detail about these problems.

    Faltou a integração para enviar o email automático de agradecimento para o usuário que enviar mensagem pelo formulário wix.
