Terrible Experience

If you are considering joining the Klaviyo Partner programme to manage your clients’ accounts from one main admin dashboard, I would strongly advise caution. I have been a long-standing Klaviyo subscriber for our own business and recently attempted to add a few of our clients, for whom we manage digital marketing and content. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. I spent five days going back and forth with their automated chatbot, repeatedly receiving the same generic instructions to complete the application form. I submitted the form three times and, despite multiple follow-ups, I never received any acknowledgement or meaningful response—only the same automated request to apply again. Based on this experience, I would recommend avoiding the Klaviyo Partner route altogether. The lack of support and communication can put your client relationships at risk and result in unnecessary frustration and wasted time.
