    app crashed for second time and dashboard is not loading , and contact support is blank , there is no way to get support

      We’re very sorry for the trouble you experienced. Our support operates in a limited capacity over the weekend, but we saw your message within an hour and immediately started working on it as a priority. We did everything possible on our side to resolve the issue quickly. The root cause was related to a hosting-side problem, which made the app temporarily unavailable. We’ve fixed it and are also taking extra steps to ensure it doesn’t happen again. We completely understand how important the app is for your store and truly apologize for the disruption.
