    Would give it 0 if that were an option

    UPDATE ON UPDATE: After this review, customer support reached out. Said they will refund me and opened a Wix ticket.That was on March 11. After that neither they or Wix reached out. Hideous, hideous. We wait a bit more and then we proceed with prepared legal documentation. Stealing is not cool people! UPDATE: If Wix support is not able to challenge the charges and refund the money, we will go with a lawsuit. Twik keeps on ignoring. *** Installed it, could not open it. Sent 1st mail to Twik support- they said it was Wix problem and that Wix support will manage it. 2 week have gone, no one solved a thing. Sent another mail- Twik ignored it. 7 days later, sent the 3rd one asking to cancel my trial period as I cannot use the app. No reply. But they did charge me for January (that was supposed to be a free trial period) and for Februray. Twik is not replying to multiple e mails and I am trying to get my 198 USD back!!!! Scamers!!!!
