    works well once you get the instructions on how to use it

    There are no instructions on how to receive calls from your website and there is no information on where to receive the call. I installed the app, launched in my website and all I manage to do is to enter the waiting room from my phone. Instructions are needed in the setup. Consumer support was super efficient and they got back to me right away with instructions and app works just fine. Very simple video with possibility to mute outrun off the camera. That´s it. Basic, but I don't need more.
