    Couldn't use as don't have shopify

    It looked like a good app but having to pay for a shopify account to use it was a deal breaker

      We are truly sorry that you had such a poor experience, and we are also sorry that your first impression of our product resulted in a 1-star review. To be transparent, Navi+ has already been stable on other platforms such as Shopify and WordPress, but we have only recently brought it to Wix (only 1 week). Although we tested it carefully before release, it is clear that there are still issues we did not expect, and I was honestly shocked to see that this affected your experience. We understand that this is frustrating, and we take your feedback very seriously. Wix is still a new marketplace for Navi+, so we still need more time to improve and make the app as stable as it should be. We sincerely hope you can understand this.
