   stay away

   When I signed up, I installed some code. I received notifications of changes, but there were none. I contacted support, and to my surprise, they responded quickly. However, a company I don't know, is now asking for access to my back end, which controls my entire site. I checked with Wix, and they found no information about you, advising against giving access due to safety concerns. So I decided to take a chance and let you in and just sat there. without corresponding with me without giving me any updates. And there were certainly no changes as the counter ran down on the free trial. You mentioned that you offer a free plan. It's probably hidden under the only 4 plans available, which are all paid. if I could send a screenshot to this, Convenient that we cannot add screenshots to these comments. P.S. don't take that time with me. I sometimes get bad reviews on. that's the person is outright lying. I don't get confrontational. go find a dictionary and look up the word trial.

      This user has now changed their review, which has led to my previous reply being removed. Originally, they claimed that their trial expired without any speed updates and that they didn’t see any difference in speed. When I replied with all the facts, including a link to a screenshot of our real communication, they simply changed their review. It seems like they’re determined to leave a negative review regardless of the facts. Our app listing clearly states a 14-day free trial —there’s no mention of a forever-free plan. Why assume otherwise? Regarding their claim of “safety concerns”: We have contact details, a phone number, an address, and hundreds of positive reviews on our website. Transparency has always been a priority for us. If you’d like to share a screenshot, tools like Loom or others are free and easy to use. Ishan

   Absolutely zero change to my site. And when I tried to click on anything related to this review, it automatically switches to the maximum star positive review. So if there is anything more than one star it's they these guys that did it, not me because I give it a total thumbs down.
