    smart arse customer service

    I was having difficulty with the product and reached out to support. Turns out not only do you pay a monthly fee, an email usage fee but also every time someone purchases but isnt a member this pushes you toward paying a higher fee. But that wasnt what stopped me dead in my tracks. It was the passive aggressive support which I have the emails for then the smart arse remarks mansplaining things. The most uncalled for behaviour to a customer - which they have now lost.

      We charge email sending separately at a low usage fees of $1/1000 email sends so that the subscription fees is kept low. As low as $7.90/mo. Similar software sold by other vendors are easily at least 3x more expensive, you can compare the price they are all publicly available. As for the interactions, I had to kept repeating certain features that we don't support. I don't want to oversell you features we don't have. Hope you can understand.
