    Didn't notify of service disruption for 5 days

    Used these guys for 10 years. Then they suffered a "malicious attack" on 01 May, so nothing clients sent to us came through from that date. On 05 May, they finally told us about it. In the app back-end, we saw we missed 2 projects from clients during those 5 days. They admit they should have told us sooner and offered a small discount, but not nearly enough. We've cancelled our renewal.

      Thank you for your feedback. To clarify: the disruption lasted only a few hours on May 1st, not 5 days. Notification was delayed because the affected system was our mail server itself — making email alerts impossible during the outage. We handled the situation with full transparency and regret the inconvenience caused.
