    Unable to print labels

    Horrible experience. I was unable to print off labels, causing undue delays to fulfillment of customer order. Including poor customer service, as all you get is an automated response that Help is on the way, with no actual help!

Not being able to print labels when you need to fulfill orders is a serious issue, and getting only automated responses when you needed real help is not the experience we want for you.
