      Hi, Reaching out to App support is always appreciated before leaving a negative review. To remove the Preloader, please click the "Remove" button in the app widget as instructed in the app documentation: https://sable-snowshoe-833.notion.site/Preloader-228a0672c4c3809a891dd7b4c43d9c44?source=copy_link Alternatively you can navigate to Settings > Custom Code in your site dashboard and delete the “Custom Preloader” snippet.
