   Did not install Not Great

   Did not install correctly and after 2 days gave up. Tech support responded but could not see the issue and as such offered no real help and could not resolve the install issue. The deleting process is a faff and requires to uninstall the app via the editor, however as the widget failed to install you could not see the widget to uninstall it! However if you just follow the process and let it run via your home page (not the product page as instructed) it seems to remove the app. All in all disappointing as this was supposed to be a feature that Wix had taken votes for and this was the solution. 🤦‍♂️ It may be fixed in a future version but as of today 22/10/2025 I would not recommend. 🙈 Pity Tech support reached out to me today 23/10/2025 with a nice email to say they had fixed the problem and moved the app to a new server and would i try the app again. I did and this time it failed to load at all 🤦‍♂️ more time wasted!! Frustrating!!! 🤨

   Its working 👍

   The app does work and with a little lateral thinking and a few work arounds it does what is needed. It needs a few features to make it a great app but its a good start. It does impact load speed a little on the auction item pages but not too bad but the app in the back office wix dashboard is a bit too slow but again with some tuning im sure that will be resolved.    Great idea but needs some work

   So the app installs easily and then shows on the product page, so far so good. It does slow down the page load times, not so good. It also can not work with decimals meaning that when a user enters a bid EG £ 151.00 the number turns into a bid of 15100 that's really bad as the number entered was 151.00 but the decimal point was removed and the bid then screws up the whole point of an auction as this by default becomes a winning bid! Also when you go to the app to delete this incorrect bid, you do not have the option to delete the bid! again this is a big problem as this makes the auction of this item dead! I like the idea and if these issues can be resolved and page load speeds improved I would install and use this feature and would pay for the Gold Package. let me know when it works correctly.

   This app is great 👍

   Took a little tweaking to my site and I had to communicate some issues to customer support but all were dealt with quickly. The app is easy to set up and use and fits nicely into the design of websites. It has even greater potential with some extra customisability and some new functionality that's planned. Great little addtion to my website. :)

    This app is great

    I have implemented many instances of these poptins across the many pages of the site. You can be creative in how you use them and they have added a great interactive dimension to the website whilst enabling the website to remain uncluttered but useful and productive. Many options are available for types and styles with lots of targeting and customization too. Support is responsive when needed but most issues revolve around cookies and cache issues that are easy to resolve. I have only had tiny outages for the apps over the time (years) I have had them installed on the website. My top tip is to use the teasers and then let the customer launch the poptin or better still use a button to launch the poptin directly ;) the only negative feedback, I ever get is about annoying popups! Poptins get around this by being user-activated when needed if you implment them smartly. ;) 6 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from me. I'm on the basic plan that's about £10 pm and its good value for money in my opinion. 👍

    Surprised by this App/Widget

    I had been looking for a really slick review app that played nicely with Wix, tried two other solutions and neither hit the mark. I was wary of KudoBuzz partly due to the name (shallow I know) and partly by the reviews some have given the App. However I have had no issues with installing and deploying the App, infract apart from a few interface and updating quirks its blown me away! I upgraded my Wix site to the full VIP and the App comes with most features switched on (No voucher offer for submitting a review) I can live with that. I would like to see better Social Media support in the form of a nice clean way to share reviews with social push and it being an automated process so reviews can be shared from the app without any intervention. Looking at the pricing it does look top end and if it wasn't included in the Wix package I'm not sure if I would have taken the plunge! I cant fault it, a few improvements / additions and its a winner! www.focalpointopticsltd.com
