   Doing the job, but slows down the website terribly

   I would've loved to love this app, since it's doing what's supposed to do. However, it slowed down the whole website. Also, when opening a product page, it takes over 5 seconds for the widget to load, which for some visitors might just seem like a blank space out of nowhere, then it shows for 1 second the default set-up and only then shows what you customized and your actual products recommended.

   Huge disappointment

   Not only is the members area limited in customization options, but if you run your website in another language from English, that are some bits that are still default in English without any option to change it, making it confusing for your members. Also, if you run Wix Stores, your members have in their Notifications Settings page the options "Wix Forms & Payments - Visitor submits a form" and also "Wix Reviews - Leave review". I reported this over a week ago, still no answer from the team. Why would anyone wish to have on a members page settings that are clearly not for members, but for you as an admin? Why would members see these in the first place? Moreover, I've created 2 recent websites and noticed that only one of them is missing the Notifications Settings page entirely, and the advice was to "delete the app and re-install because I'm using an old version", but this is called a simple UPDATE, and I have no "update" on the app itself.

   Great potential for this app, but lacks the option of collecting basic billing info for paid courses

   This app has great functionalities and allows a seamless course experience, but paid courses check-out page is not even requesting customers for their basic billing information (such as name, surname). It's only asking for their email address. Not sure if the same requirements are in all countries, I am in an European country, and for each payment received a legal invoice must be issued in addition to the standard payment confirmation email. If you don't have the name of the customer, you can't know for whom to issue an invoice. Essentially, this app has a different customer check-out than the one from Wix Stores let's say, or even from Pricing Plans. If you install Pricing Plans and sell packages of online courses, then customers are being asked for their billing info, but surprisingly, not if you sell individual courses. That means you'll have to collect the billing info during sign up (without any purchase), and after purchase to manually see if it's the same email that signed up.

   Works perfectly!

   EDIT 5 stars: Thank you for fixing the issue I reported! About only 3 minutes after sharing this feedback, the team responded and asked for an email, to which I got the quickest reply back ever, saying that they're working on a fix, and so they did in no time! Quickest. Fix. Ever. ORIGINAL 3 stars "Great for visibility, bad for design": It's nice to embed your favourite TikTok videos, but on desktop it keeps displaying the scroll bar in the right hand of each video, regardless of how much I adjust the height to cover the full video. If I increase the height even over the video itself, then the scroll bar is just longer and more annoying. On mobile, as you scroll across the website at some point you get stuck at scrolling just "within" the video let's say, so you have to drag from over the video in order to actually scroll normally across your website.

   Missing key features for Wix

   The app itself is super straight forward and anyone should be able to perfectly sync their products into google shopping as a feed. Unfortunately, the app doesn't sync your product reviews too, which is a shame considering this is highly important nowadays especially.

   Think twice which language you want to have as primary

   Multilingual app is missing some key functionalities, such as being able to switch the main language which I kept asking Wix support for an estimated time for over a year now, still nothing. The only option is to delete the app and re-do everything. Moreover, not only are you forced to delete multilingual and work again your entire website, but they also don't restore translation credit points. Which, by the way, the translation option never works well. Google translate itself works better, is free, and I'm struggling to understand why would I have to pay a crazy amount of money just to have a poor translation which anyway forces me into manually updating the text. I'm not talking about complicated words, but instead simple words in english that simply remain in english, no translation whatsoever, yet the credit decreases.
