Just so you know, we recently updated our free plan to include a much higher conversation quota, giving users more room to explore the app without upgrading. If you installed the app before March 19, you can get access to the new free model by uninstalling and reinstalling it from the Wix App Market. 2. Review of Wix Pricing Plans

   No ability for customers to switch plans....

   How is there still no ability for a customer to "upgrade" their plans or switch to a different plan and the system automatically can credit them. It is the BIGGEST pain to keep having to manually keep crediting and adding people to different plans. All Wix Support does it link me to vote for the feature, and I've been waiting for over a year and it still says "Planned". This is such an obvious feature for pricing plans. Netflix, Spotify and even Wix have an option to upgrade your plan so a user can get more access, but this Wix Pricing Plans app doesn't. I'm losing $$$$ at this point. Will be cancelling my Wix website at the end of the year.

4. Review of Wix Loyalty Program

   Pricing plans integration is not seamless. Wasted my money.

   If a user shares their referral link, I want to reward them with a 25% discount for 4 billing cycles, but the system only generates a discount without applying it to the current plan. A user would have to cancel their subscription and re-purchase and use the discount code everytime they refer someone. Terrible. Theres also no way to allow a user to "Upgrade" their plan, without having to cancel and re-subcribe. Pricing Plans needs alot of work. Disappointing, I upgraded my plan for nothing.

   Its good but needs more features.

   Please allow us to create multiple installs on a particular website. For example, on my site, I am tutoring multiple subjects. I have separate pages for each subject. I want File Share on each subject page with the relevant material, but Wix File Share can only be installed on one set page. Add a feature where if a site member has a particular role, and I have assigned a role to have permissions to access a particular folder, only the folders that the site member have access too will be visible. Hope this makes sense. There is no way to add permissions to a folder that is within a folder. For example, I have students and I teach many subjects. Within my Biology folder, students can only read the documents I upload. I want to have another folder within Biology called "Uploads" where students can upload documents only. ADD WIX FILE SHARE TO VELO API so we can code custom integrations using Velo. Is there someone specific within the File Share team I can email about my ideas?

   Shameful

   Anyone who participates in Drop Shopping should be ashamed. You are supporting the exploitation of Chinese workers who work in sweatshops for little or no money. Secondly, half the cheap products are junk and end up in landfill which harms our planet even more. What, just to earn a quick buck from selling junk on the internet. Get a real job and use your brain to earn money that doesn't involve exploiting chinese workers. Modalyst should source from other countries and not China.

   Please add poll

   I want to add a poll under each question which asks whether this feedback was helpful or not. Check out https://www.klarna.com/au/customer-service/ and click on the FAQ question to see what I mean. Please also add feature to add the FAQ Search bar as an "Add-on". Just like Site Search, i want to have a search bar that can be added to any page that only shows FAQ questions and answers when searched on. Again, look at the Klarna link I sent above. This is a great example.

   Wix isn’t designed for you to sell in bulk.

   I am looking for a platform to build my eCommerce website but Wix isn’t designed for you to sell in bulk. It’s an incredible website builder, but its sole purpose isn’t ecommerce. Wix Stores is lacking in all departments. Shopify is one of the market leaders when it comes to in-built ecommerce features. For example, Abandoned Cart Recovery is included with every plan. Both Wix and Shopify allow you to sell physical, digital, and service products. As you can see, it’s a close start to the sales features race. However, with Wix, you will need an app to sell service products, while Shopify requires a third party integration to sell digital products. As you’d expect, Shopify is the full package when it comes to inventory. You can upload single or multiple products, use stock management tools, get revenue reports, and navigate your way around easily. Wix is designed for smaller online stores. This means the inventory management is more limited than Shopify, in that you need apps to help with revenue reports and visitor analytics. Overall, I am disapointed after all these years, Wix is lacking in eCommerce sector. You guys need create a platform (maybe call it something different. something rejuvenated. like how you guys created Editor X. something completely different aimed at mass scale selling.) I would love to use Wix because it is extremely customizable. My business runs around $100,000 monthly but this is impossible to run on Wix. Please develop a better system. Allow for easier intergration of third-party apps. Shopify has a much bigger variety of apps.
