Online Scheduling by vcita

Too many restrictions, not enough freedom.

I can't set the appointments how I want them, it's far far too restrictive.

Does not do what i need and very hard to access

This made it seem like I could create an app module for clients to book through my site, it cannot. And it's proving very difficult to access to account to cancel.

Exactly what I needed.

I was looking for a good appointment scheduling addon for my landing pages, and vcita's addon is just perfect, I love the fact that it was easy to add and my potential clients can book a meeting with ease.

I just love it!

It made scheduling appointments with my clients so much easier! They can schedule the appointments for the services they want by themselves and reschedule if needed without reaching out to me.

It doesnt work.

DON'T PAY FOR FULL YEAR UNTIL YOU'RE SURE IT WORKS FOR YOU!

I'll keep it brief but the setup is horrendous, very archaic. Onboarding was horrible. It only accepts payment through PayPal. Sending quotes and invoices is a nightmare. You can't customize the way the emails look. Everything is generic. For how INSANELY expensive it is, you'd think they'd at least get one thing right but they don't. Pathetic excuse for "customer support". I would tell everyone I have ever met to not use this software if I could.. Maybe I'll have shirts made.

Harder use. Poor service. Fewer features. Costs 2x Vagaro or Calendy.

Only two hours a day of abysmal phone support. Company is just waiting to die as they don't incorporate features of competitors like Vagaro or Calendy and charge 2x what competitors charge. Only discovered how I should have switched from VCita due to their horrible customer service forcing me to find a service that could let me pay with my debit card.

Makes scheduling for my clients super easy!

Vcita's online scheduling app is a huge time saver for my business. Because of this tool, I don't have to worry about juggling appointments, and my clients can easily book my services at the times they want. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to automate scheduling for their business.

Has greatly helped automate scheduling!

The vcita Online Scheduling calendar is amazing. I added it to my website, in need of a scheduler that would help automate the scheduling portion of my work-days. It has done just and more! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a scheduling assistant.

Great App! Must have for easy scheduling!

The vcita scheduling app is easy to use and has allowed me automate a part of my business that used to take up a lot of my time. I can now allow clients to pick a time that works for them based on my availability. This app is a must have if you want to increase productivity and the number of clients you are working with. Managing my calendar has never been so easy.

Very slow loading time & no support replies

This app was working well until recently. It now takes an EXTREMELY long time to load on the website (regardless of whichever computer or phone I visit the site on). Potential leads do not wait for the app to load before leaving the site - costing us. I have a support ticket raised with Vcita (#243595) but no one replies. I have followed up many times but there has been no support/help. Would recommend this app only if their support team was better...

Meets my Cleaning Business needs

The system is user friendly and very intuitive. That is a big plus for when starting a business, it's already hard enough getting all the pieces moving smoothly. Vcita has had wonderful customer service from the day I used the free version. I had no problem investing further just for that fact alone. Even when I came across a moment that I needed a feature added to better suit my clients, vcita was able to provide it for me with no additional charge. I am thankful I chose them for my business and client's needs!

Really expensive & lacking support.

I feel like every turn I take, there's another feature I have to pay for. Their team frequently ignores support tickets and doesn't respond. Despite those red flags, after paying, we still can't get any decent support.

Its ok

This isnt a free app like WIX would lead you to believe. You get 5 free bookings and then it locks your scheduler. When I first added it I also got a ridic amount of emails and a phone call about my experience using it, meanwhile I had JUST added it days prior. The platform isnt great, it's a bit confusing trying to view the client profiles and all of their information and setting up the forms is a bit weird too. It's been so convenient having this auto booking on my site but I dont think I will continue using it and will have to look for something else.

Tive problemas no primeiro dia de uso, não consigo ativar o Paypal, meus clientes não conseguem agendar, e te cobram para fazer absolutamente TUDO. Certamente se vê que não vale o investimento. SE VOCÊ AMA O SEU TEMPO, NÃO USE ESSE LIXO.

expensive for its quality

I upgraded to do sms reminders but after 2 months of use, they changed the SMS reminder system to business plan which is $45 a month. powerdiary is cheaper

Me gustaría saber de que manera me puede ayudar este calendario con la tienda que trae wix, quiero de alguna manera gestionar paquetes turísticos desde wix y me gustaría que atraves del calendario los clientes puedan reservar y que puedan pagar el servicio. espero su respuesta

come on guys! i paid $540/annual today through Wix and the app won't load. Wix investigated the issue and said I had to get in touch with vCita. I contacted vCita through the form and I got automated replies with links to articles unrelated to my problem. The app simply doesn't load even though I paid. Help!

Multiple cosultants

Hi, I'm testing out a trial version but can't see if I'd be able to add multiple staff members to the service. (we have four consultants each having their own separate schedules). Is it possible to assign different staff roles to the Wix vCita app? As for the consultants, can they manage their own schedule, services and clients? Is there an option for clients to fill in a form (specifying their needs) and make a payment for the service once it's approved by consultants after reviewing client requests?
