About this App

The Avalara Extractor automates the import of your store’s transactions to Avalara for use with any Avalara Returns products. Once connected, the Extractor obtains daily transaction data for automated sales tax reporting and returns filing. Using the Avalara Extractor eliminates the manual effort required to import transaction data to help automate the filing of your sales tax returns. Returns products sold separately. Note: There is an additional cost incurred per return after purchasing the extractor. Get in touch to learn more. Note: if you are already using Automated Tax with Avalara on your store, you do not need this Extractor for use with our Returns products. This Extractor is for customers not using Avalara to calculate their taxes. Connecting your store with Avalara: 1.Click the “Add to Site” button to begin. 2.Login to your store and choose the site you wish to connect with Avalara. 3.Click on "Agree and Add." 4.You will be directed to a form on Avalara.com. Submit the form and we will be in touch to discuss your returns filing needs.

    Awful experience

    Horrible site, completely user unfriendly. The only "support" you'll get is a constant barrage of sales calls from India. AVOID

    DO NOT USE! They SCAM you into paying a fee after not using the product

    I set up a trial almost a year ago. We ended up not using the service because we didn't need it after all. There was no communication at all over the last year. Then they send me an invoice for $262.50. I contacted them to delete the charge but they said I didn't cancel the service before the invoice was due (received on the same day so impossible to do so.) With no warning they try to get you to pay the next year. I'll continue to argue and file complaints with the BBB and local authorities - but we warned these guys don't seem to care about good, transparent business practices.

    This is a HORRIBLE Company and and they need investigated for Fraud!

    Warning: Do NOT use them! read the rest of the reviews!!! If there was a dark star available for a rating I would give them the most negative star! Not even worth the one star on here. They have sales reps that will sell you on: its the best product ever! They are really quick to get you set-up and that is it! 4 scheduled calls, and they never respond. Calling the BBB today!
