    Awful experience

    Horrible site, completely user unfriendly. The only "support" you'll get is a constant barrage of sales calls from India. AVOID

    DO NOT USE! They SCAM you into paying a fee after not using the product

    I set up a trial almost a year ago. We ended up not using the service because we didn't need it after all. There was no communication at all over the last year. Then they send me an invoice for $262.50. I contacted them to delete the charge but they said I didn't cancel the service before the invoice was due (received on the same day so impossible to do so.) With no warning they try to get you to pay the next year. I'll continue to argue and file complaints with the BBB and local authorities - but we warned these guys don't seem to care about good, transparent business practices.

    This is a HORRIBLE Company and and they need investigated for Fraud!

    Warning: Do NOT use them! read the rest of the reviews!!! If there was a dark star available for a rating I would give them the most negative star! Not even worth the one star on here. They have sales reps that will sell you on: its the best product ever! They are really quick to get you set-up and that is it! 4 scheduled calls, and they never respond. Calling the BBB today!

    Worst program ever. No support. Avalara says they don't support WIX and Wix says they can't do anything call avalara.

    Completely Worthless

    Signed up for a FREE year trial that was SUPPOSED to be included with Wix and it charged us. DO NOT GIVE THEM ABSOLUTELY ANY INFORMATION.

    Charged my undisclosed credit card MONTHS after i cancelled the service.

    I paid for one month, realized I didn't need it. cancelled it, removed my automatic payment methods and somehow they got ahold of my discover card information and have been charging me multiple times within a month for absolutely no reason.

    Customer service is absolutely pathetic. I would recommend using any other service before Avalara
