10 comments only?

I have the premium account and yet only 10 comments show on the page? Useless for me. If that's it, I will cancel the plan.

Works as described

the only bummer is you can't change the default blue color of the "Reply" and "Heart" icon for some reason? Feels like a design flaw but aside from that it's easy to setup and use on the go. In addition, I don't see the option for users to upload an avatar anymore and there's also no sorting option from newest or best comments which kinda makes the option to love comments useless.

How do I add FB to the social login? Only google and Twitter shows up. who uses twitter lmao

Works perfectly, but the sign up isn't what I intended.

I was expecting so when you sign up, you sign up on the website, instead you sign up just to comment. -_-

Open box opening everytime page is loaded. Some bug?

Why is the Open box of Windows is opening when the page is loaded? Is there some bug? Like asking to attach an image.

Practical

The app is very quick and easy to set up, but isn't very customisable. The comment button and text the reviewer writes in isn't customisable, and looks very outdated.

Fake email

How to avoid fake email from customers? I mean I can put email from other people. I need to verify real email of customers they want to comment. There is any chance to set the app?

Not easy to find the Support phone number, but once found, an excellent service

The FAQ was not dealing with my issue. Thus I opened a ticket via mail as I couldn't find the support phone number. Once I've found the phone no the service was efficient and quick. However , the answer on my ticket via mail was only the next day, which I found a bit too long. A chat support function would be great to get a quicker answer.

No apto para blogs

La Aplicacion funciona muy bien solamente para 1 pagina, si cuentas con algun blog no sirve, siempre serán los mismos comentarios

The app is not mobile friendly

You can't change the location of the comments window on the mobile so it is completly at the bottom of the page instead of under the specific article. No wonder there are no comments made...

It's good but not that good

I like this app but seems we can't collect customers' email, I want to collect customers' email because it's good for send email campaign. There are option for customer to sign up with their email but I can't see it, it's awful to reply on the comment field because sometimes we need to send some privacy messages to customer like some coupons , sometimes customers get mad so we need to send some coupon for them, so we really need the email address of commentator.

I can't boost the app because of the lack of payment methods.

I tested the free version and it's very good but I cannot boost the app and get all the features because there's no way to pay with Paypal or directly with my bank account... I'm disapointed, I wanted it so much, please add Paypal and other payment methods. Thanks.

This is the best comments I've been able to find for my Wix blog, but the mobile integration mentioned in the overview isn't available for iphone which is hugely inconvenient and also makes the statement untrue.

I wish this app would allow comments on individual store items but unfortunately it applies the same stream of comments for every single item.

no support, does not work - updated

After my first entry I got help from customer support. They sorted out all the comments and said that it was a bug and should not happen again. This sorting was really helpful and nice because I nearly lost faith in this app. I hope it will run stable now. For the moment it is an ok-app, I still think 3 days to get any response is too long for an app I paid for, so I will give it three stars - I will come back after some days an reevaluate it. this app does not work for me. I deleted one comment and all of them disappeared. No way to put them back. No support for two days now. There's no way to attach the comments box to the blog post - all the ways shown in youtube and faq do not work. no help. Now I have zero comments on my webpages. Worst app so far

your posted fee is that for a year or each month? Please specify. "starts at..." what does that mean? where does it "end at" and what does one get for anything in between start and end? Giving you 3 stars for now cuz it sounds promising

i just wont a simple FREE comment app for my website.

Size

the size of the comment box is too big, can't resize it to fit it with the rating bar. This could have been much better had you fixed the size issue, or may be made another app which can easily be fit into anything as per user's requirement. by the way this website helped me a lot into my dream of building my own website. Hope you fix this issue soon. ty OOOhh and now i have thought over it , may be I should write " COMMENT HERE " in text and then link it to another page where the comment app is present genius me ty guys soon be going for the premium package keep it up

Free moderation

App looks excellent but in these days of internet trolls and bulk spamming it's essential that any comments can be moderated-deleted etc before appearing on site. This should be a free function?

Great app... but

All the messages "Your e-mail (optional)", "Your web site (optional)" and hint "Please Enter your comment" need to be translated in the language choosen (in my case, Portuguese)
