    Very basic

    This app will do the job if you have basic needs but does not have an option for ongoing donations., unfortunately.

    No Customer Support & False Advertising

    I purchased the APP on WIX and one of the features of a premium plan is 24/7 support. There is no way to contact the company and WIX doesn't offer support because it is a third party APP. I was able to find an email but no one will respond to the emails. HELP!? A total of six emails have now been sent. Still no update as of April 18th, 2025. I would NOT recommend purchasing this APP and have also filed a complaint with WIX.

    iOS Issues - Anyone else?

    Update 12/27: support emailed me to help as the issue seemed isolated to just my site. Very helpful, esp during holiday week. Most appreciated so that we can continue to take donations. THANK YOU! Since the support email doesn't appear to be monitored - is anyone else having issues with the install on iOS? My iOS users can't change the donation amount off the first option. Any help is most appreciated!

    Bank turned down donation

    Someone tried to send donation and got turned down. I am upset. Because that is how this ministry raises money and now the bank is turning it down? Of course no way to call you guys.

      Hi, Our application is not in control of banks decisions to decline payments or transactions. This is a concern for the user making the donation and their bank. Have a good day.
