No Customer Support & False Advertising
I purchased the APP on WIX and one of the features of a premium plan is 24/7 support. There is no way to contact the company and WIX doesn't offer support because it is a third party APP. I was able to find an email but no one will respond to the emails. HELP!? A total of six emails have now been sent. Still no update as of April 18th, 2025. I would NOT recommend purchasing this APP and have also filed a complaint with WIX.

Waste of money. Lacks automations, etc.
Do not pay a full year as there is no refund! The app does not allow automations like a thank you email or download donations to a spreadsheet. I didn't realize I could have done a Wix donation form which had all this.

We want to let you know that we are actively working on enhancing our automation integration with Wix Automations. Currently, the thank you email (confirmation email) is managed by Wix through the Wix Pay API, and we understand that it may not be the most appealing. Regarding the downloading of donations, this feature is in development. In the meantime, you can access your donations by navigating to the 'Payments' section on your site dashboard, filtering transactions by 'Pay API', and then exporting them. While Wix does offer donation capabilities through Wix Forms, our app's frontend is specifically designed to optimize the donation experience with an easy-to-use interface.
