    Great for closing sales

    STALKERS

    Seems each time my chat goes live, I find 3 or more so called "customers" that are not online. If I happen to start a conversation with one, they log out of my site. This is constantly happening. Is it the developer trying to improve?

    Live Chat is awesome. I had a really good time to trial it and their own live chat support was great

    They really do 'walk the talk' and took the time to answer my questions, to help me decide which package I needed in an honest way - which wasn't the most expensive one for them. Their after sale support has also been magnificent. Most of all the software is great, it does a lot of stuff, customisation is fabulous and the integrations are good too. I am using the facebook one, though I think it is a little overpriced, I understand it may be free in the future. Happy to pay for Live chat - you won't regret the investment in your business and the efficiencies it can create if you spend the time to really work through it and set it up as you need it.

    Mostly Good

    LiveChat has been very helpful. I don't like is that it no longer automatically appears at the bottom of our mobile site (I don't wan't to add another button). Also, in the past we've had issues that the app would cover up a section of our page even when it wasn't opened by a visitor. This made it where buttons and links in that area could not be clicked. We had to make sure that we didn't have any links on the far right side of the page. Other than this, the app works great.

    Missing crucial function

    Missing the function whereby it engages people to write their email during a livechat. For example a pop up that says. "Please leave your email in case we are not quick enough to reply your message before you leave the website (livechat). We will then make sure to send you the answer for your question via email." Currently the livechat only engages visitors to write their email if no agents are online. That should also happen even though agents are online as some costumers are lost by them leaving the website before an agent had gotten the time to reply their question.
