still doesnt connect
no i will not connect the support, the app should be working without having to connect the support team. This app wants at lease $29 per month, that is at least $360 for a yearly subscription that does not work from the instant you download it. This is not a professional look, and I know you will waste my time trying to fix whatever is wrong.

Excited to try, but app wouldn't connect
I was very excited to try this app as I had been looking for a CRM for quite awhile now. However, when I activated it, it refused to connect. Worse, when I went to the third party site, I discovered that the app was NOT free, but would need to be upgraded.

Not working, Lacks Tasks Management
Doesn't connect consistently and not responding...not reliable. Has alot of nice features when you are able to connect, however, a bit odd that is doesn't have a basic task management built in quick add task to track workload for client. CRM system needs tasks management for sure....afterall there are tasks associated with each client to track and keep on top of.

Tried multiple times to open the app and it hasn't worked....not sure about this.

the app wasn't even opening at all and tried with both recent devices on my MacBook and my new iphone and it wasn't working

Very poor app
Does not have contact management capability, can not load a CSV file have to manually load, does not integrate with my contacts on my wix website. I will not pay for an upgrade.

Hi, Importing clients via CSV/Excel is available, and you can manage your contacts in the CRM. Un CRM au TOP !
L'interface se fait très facilement entre WIX et VCITA qui permet d'avoir un vrai CRM et gère parfaitement la facturation et la relation client. Nous l'utilisons depuis 5 ans maintenant et réalisons 1,3 M€ avec. Dommage qu'il ne gère pas encore la facturation récurrente automatique.

Hi Its not fair when you declare as free and then forcing us to go for premium. In such case, You should define your terms very transparently like you can state as 'free only for the first 10 clients ' like that! Now client is asking & doubting about the design agency's trust...

Works really well- I use it for hotel booking requests ,estimates, billing & invoicing.
Im a travel agent and I put it on my site for booking requests. The client requests booking, I get a message, I book the hotel, then send the client an estimate, and a final invoice with a payment link. Its low cost and manages all my clients and billing plus integrates with quick books! Plus it does email marketing for extra! WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT? EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

Not a Good App
The Wix default CRM apps are much better than CVita. Once I added this app, I could not get rid of it. It took over my site even after cancelling it and I could no longer accept payments. The app slowed down my site too. Do not add this app! Stay with the Wix apps.

14 Day Trial but was charged
I thought I would give this app a try, and enjoy the 14 day trial for free that they announce. Then, while subscribing, I was charged straight away, even though it said I would not be charged. Wrong and bad advertising.

Partem de fazer propaganda enganosa, não existe nada gratuito. Pagamos um pacote Premium pra ter um suporte Premium, nada disso existe. No minimo um telefone 0800 disponível deveria existir, mais nós somos so $$ na visão do Wix

Si algo me resulta indignante es el sentido oportunista de algunos mal llamados empresarios que están convencidos de que el resto de las personas son idiotas en su totalidad. Ofrecen como gratuito y servicio que tan sólo tiene un período de prueba de 14 días. Si quieres invertir tu tiempo en adaptar y hacer útil para tu web una aplicación que tiene los días contados, allá tú. No es honesto ofrecer como gratuito algo que no lo es. Para esto ya existe una definición que no conduce a engaño "shareware" (de prueba). SEAN HONESTOS y al menos serán respetados; de este modo sólo merecen desprecio.
