    Doesn't work

    Every time I try and create a new slider it doesn't work, so I cannot showcase any new cases on my page, which is crucial right now as we've introduced new services. Have contacted the developers (as requested) and no response! This is a service we pay for. Users must either be refunded or communicated with expeditiously.

    This app does not work after upgrading to use more sliders. There is also no support or feedback from the developer either.

Please reopen the Wix Editor and try opening the slider settings again, then republish.     I am disappointed. I installed the app that seemed to work well, but after reading the reviews here, I think I got into trouble too. I want my money back. How can I request a refund?     Expensive

    In my opinion, it's an expensive app. 4 EUR/month, which is like 50 EUR/year. 2.99 USD says on the official website, but each month is taking 3.70 EUR from my card, so in the end it's still expensive.

    Fantastic little app!

    I just installed this app today and am really impressed with its ease of usability. It's basic, but does everything you need it to. And for only a few dollars a month it's very cost effective. My only suggestion would be some way to make the height and width of the slider uniform when using multiples on one page. When I tried to alter the width, the height would change when I wanted it to stay static.       Thank you for your feedback, Jacqueline! The app always accommodates to the images that are used. In this case it gives the most flexibility for different use cases. The best way to achieve what you want is to make sure that the images from different sliders have exactly the same dimensions or at least the same ratios for all images.     Works great EXCEPT...(NO RESPONSE FROM ZULAB)

    The app works great EXCEPT on mobile phones. When clicking on the expand icon & rotating the phone the image remains small. Why doesn't it fill the screen? This makes it difficult to view on phones. I contacted the ZuLab Team twice. No response.

      For the best experience we recommend using images with the same dimensions or at least the same ratio. As for taking the images, it is the best to take them with the same camera and from the same point and angle.

    Works well, but too pricey

    I used the free version on a single slider and it worked well. I would add more, but can't justify $30/yr! I can get these add-ons for free on other web builder platforms.

      Do you mean inside the editor or on the live published website? We want the editor to work quickly as possible so the images are not as good as on the live website. We strive to get the balance between the best quality and web performance. The result is web friendly website that loads quickly and still maintain as high image quality as possible. The quality of images changes depending on the width of the device and unless watching on very big display this results in the best possible image quality. On really big device width we limit the maximum size in order to deliver reasonable loading time (99% of people do not want to load 40MB images - - 20 MB each - to see the comparison). However we always try to bring the best possible solution that is possible for our clients so please send us more info (info@smardt.si). We are happy to find the solution so for users that are aware of slow loading times we provide also the option of better image quality.
