    Doesn't work

    Every time I try and create a new slider it doesn't work, so I cannot showcase any new cases on my page, which is crucial right now as we've introduced new services. Have contacted the developers (as requested) and no response! This is a service we pay for. Users must either be refunded or communicated with expeditiously.

    This app does not work after upgrading to use more sliders. There is also no support or feedback from the developer either.

Please reopen the Wix Editor and try opening the slider settings again, then republish.     Awful! It doesn't work! I've paid twice. Now I'm having a subscription.. The sliders aren't working and I can't cancel. Customer service is horrible. Don't install this app!

Wix manages app subscriptions: open Wix Premium Subscriptions, choose More Actions next to Before And After Slider, then Cancel App and Cancel auto-renew.     I am disappointed. I installed the app that seemed to work well, but after reading the reviews here, I think I got into trouble too. I want my money back. How can I request a refund? I bought it today and I want it back now. This is a shame. They shouldn’t even partner with Wix. IT DOESN’T WORK!

    Image Quality

      Do you mean inside the editor or on the live published website? We want the editor to work quickly as possible so the images are not as good as on the live website. We strive to get the balance between the best quality and web performance. The result is web friendly website that loads quickly and still maintain as high image quality as possible. The quality of images changes depending on the width of the device and unless watching on very big display this results in the best possible image quality. On really big device width we limit the maximum size in order to deliver reasonable loading time (99% of people do not want to load 40MB images - - 20 MB each - to see the comparison). However we always try to bring the best possible solution that is possible for our clients so please send us more info (info@smardt.si). We are happy to find the solution so for users that are aware of slow loading times we provide also the option of better image quality.

    Really frustrating spending the time to make images fit for a slider and paying monthly for it when the app simply doesn't work on a live site.

    Doesn't Work

    I loaded the Before and After Slider changed the stock photos and all it shows is my logo and doesn't work on the mobile or desktop version. I paid for the upgraded version and am not using the free one.

    No option for one-time fee

    There is no way to get rid of the large, ugly watermark without paying a monthly subscription fee. A simple slider is not worth literal hundreds of dollars as time goes by. There is no option for a one time fee to purchase this app, which I would be happy to pay a reasonable price for. Look elsewhere. I wish WIX would have a native before/after slider as they already include far more advanced features for paying members.

    Every Product

    My slider is showing up on every single product, no matter how many times I have tried fixing it, changing my entire website, deleting all of my products and readding again. I reached out to Wix and to Before & After slider, no one seems to have any idea what to do or how to fix it. Completely pointless

    I try to have sliders for each one of my products, but it always shows the same images even if im in a different product. if i add X image to the slide of one product, i will show the same X on all the products. please help, unless this is useless for me.

    Disappointing

    Well optimised and works well, but only in preview mode for me. doesn't want to work when fully published. My images keeps resetting to default when published. So unfortunately this is useless to me. you'd be better of putting 2 images side by side. Please fix this. Thanks

    Why would anyone pay for this?

    $2.99 a month for an app that reduces image quality, doesn't work half the time and could easily be coded in Javascript. Disappointing.

    Не обновляется на сайте. не дает изменять размер тормозит не отображается в бесплатной версии - даже 1 раз сбрасываются (слетают) настройки это УЖАС, как вам не стыдно такое предлагать, да еще и требовать за это деньги! позор. Хоть бы сделали бесплатную версию рабочую, чтобы человек увидел, за что он платит. Сейчас это просто одни заявления, плагин НЕ РАБОТАЕТ

    Good concept, very poor execution

    Even though it looks good on paper, making it a reality is a whole other story. As of writing this review, it doesn't work. Even though I've tried multiple times to upload new images, every time I publish them they seem to revert to their default ones. I hope they solve this soon but right now it's not worth the hustle. There's another bug as well. Even if I manage to stop it from reseting to its default images, there's just empty space when I hit publish.
