Sliders not Working

I have this app on multiple pages of my site and now nothing is working. What is the issue?

Is there an error? Since yesterday, the sliders on my website no longer load. Can this be fixed????

Stopped working

I see you all are aware that it stopped working. What's the fix? I've reloaded images, refreshed, emptied cache, and done a dozen other things.

Works great

Not sure why this app has bad reviews - it works exactly as advertised. The support is also very quick.

Fantastic little app!

I just installed this app today and am really impressed with its ease of usability. It's basic, but does everything you need it to. And for only a few dollars a month it's very cost effective. My only suggestion would be some way to make the height and width of the slider uniform when using multiples on one page. When I tried to alter the width, the height would change when I wanted it to stay static. I am not a professional and I just learned Wix last month. I searched "before / after slider" and found this app for Wix. It was pretty easy to figure out how to install and to change the default before / after pictures. The free version only allows 2 instances of before/after on your domain, and it also has their logo - fair enough. Unlimited use and no logo is just $2.49/mo. I am surprised so many here seem to have a hard time with it. Makes me think the developers should invest in better instruction manual and maybe an easy to find YouTube video of how to install and use it. It has a nice option where the slider can move automatically. I prefer to let the user move it manually, but I agree with another reviewer that it should have a "wiggle" option so that, maybe after an X-second delay, the divider bar wiggles back and forth just once - just enough to catch the eye so the user notices there is a bar they can move - important if second image is 95-100% hidden.

Really great for me

I realise there are quite a lot of negative reviews of this app. For me it has worked really well. I had one issue setting up (could not see published results) but customer support from Zare was great and helped me reslove. I use quite a lot of the sliders on my site to great effect - you will get a good idea of how this works by seeing them here: https://www.handymoz.com/transformations So has 100% recommendation from me.

The app work but perhaps you need support

The App could show a comum problem in the published site (as reported in the comments below), BUT the technical support is fast and great and can fix for you. In my case, I just click in Settings > Upgrade >"Reset Sliders". I'm using the free version (until 2 sliders). I got some issues for the app and got immediate help from the support team. Overall it's a good app if you pay. There might be some small details don't go with what you think. Just ask for help.

Great app. Used for my main website and the UI is user-friendly. Great and clean UI app. I highly recommend this app if you want the concepts of a photo editing in time. I said, please add it to your site!

The Slider opens up new ways of seeing things.

I've employed this great little app for so many big ideas. Its really upto your imagination. Its more than a before and after slide. I was thinking if I upgrade then it would allow unlimited photos to the slider. Was a bit frustrated when I couldn’t do just that. These guys were on top of the game and provided awesome customer service to help me understand what the app/slider actually does. With me being a bit new to Wix app’s I wasn’t understanding how it worked - below is what they sent to make assist on how the app works. To be clear, you can have unlimited sliders which means, you can have 10 slider applications on your site if you want to take up that much space on your site. Thanks Team Smardt !!! I can see how you misunderstood the way it works. I will try to make it more clear as the words can mean different for different people. 1. The app is called Before and After Slider by smardtapps. When you upgrade to premium, you upgrade this, the whole app. 2. For each app you can add multiple widgets/instances (for our app we call them sliders) to your website. You can add new instance/widget/slider you add by clicking Add Apps (from wix app market) and adding it to your website 3. The difference between free and premium for our app is that free allows you only two widgets/instances (for our app we call them sliders) to your website. For premium you can add unlimited number of them. 4. Each widget/instance (for our app we call them slider) always has 2 images. One image for before, and one image for after. It is the same for free and premium. 5. When you want more sliders, you have to add more widgets/instances (for our app we call them sliders) to your website.

Very Cool Interactive Feature

I love how the Before and After app works on both my desktop and mobile device perfectly! I had a minor question as well and received a quick email response. So far my decision to use Wix and its Apps for building my website have been the best decision I've made.

This feature saved my site!

I thought I'd need a coder to come in and do this for me, but this app did the trick!

<3 LOVE <3 The Before & After Slider

The Before and After Slider is AWESOME. I restore and edit images for others and this slider has been SO helpful to me for my clients. I have had oodles of comments on the sliders from viewers! It is much better than a side-by-side image...so much better. I have recommended the slider now to other photographers, as well. BTW...SUPPORT IS AWESOME! The app is easy to install and works on mobile, as well as desktop really well. <3 Must Have App for All Photographers <3

Id want to put the app "before and after slider" inside of a slide box like an image or a video... is it possible?

We no longer use this app. But when we did it was great. It did exactly what we needed and it worked really well. Recommended.

It Works!

So far so good guys. I recommend the premium version. I initially wanted an app like this, but in a Slideshow format to keep things organized within one frame. However, I do not mind the individual sliders. Going premium allowed to have an unlimited amount of sliders as well as color customization.
