False Advertising
The video says you can add up to two social sites under the free plan and after spending several minutes trying, I see the website says you only get one social with the free plan. Boo.
Stored reply
Hi, Thank you for pointing this out - we recently changed our free plan to just one network, and our demo video is not updated to reflect this change. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can get this fixed.

It's Great!
I have this connected to Facebook so far, and I love it. I like that people can view and follow my page without ever leaving my website. The app was quick to set up and looks great. I love that it looks professional and gives website visitors an additional way to interact. On top of all this, their customer service is PHENOMINAL! I ran into a few issues that required some technical assistance. Each time, customer service was prompt to respond, knowledgeable, friendly, and able to resolve the issue almost immediately. I can really tell that they care about the functionality and user experience of their product. Don't hesitate to give this app a try!

Wonderful App - Life Changing!
- justjodishaw
Love it!
What a fantastic way to help your readers connect with you without leaving your website. It's very easy to set up and to configure colors to match your site. I just wish we could dock the app anywhere on the page or at least float it vertically left or right as it hides my footer with important info. But otherwise great, and the upgrade is worth it to add more social channels.

We're so happy you enjoy the app! Thank you for the feedback about offering additional positioning. Please reach out if you have any additional feedback of suggestions. Cheers, Lauren Customer Support

Zero support. Instagram & Twitter not working
Still awaiting a reply to my ticket after 5 days. Very disappointing. Looked like a great little app but when things don't work and no-one gets back to you, it's difficult to be positive.

Great Customer Service!
This app is wonderful, exactly what I was looking for. Way nicer and cleaner that the other social apps on Wix. I had a little problem with our Flickr account not loading, but customer service fixed it right away.

I can add the Instagram or Twitter. When I click on them (just like I have done for Facebook) , they go to a login page but never finish the process. Also looking forward to a LinkedIn feature.

Doesn't work, will not connect to Facebook
Only got it to connect to my Youtube account after giving permission to the app, after trying to enter all types of IDs. I got an error "this is still in development" when trying to connect to my professional Facebook page. Nice theory but does not work

Moving placement of app
I was wondering if it would be possible to allow movement of your app so that I can place it elsewhere? My website is designed so that my main page takes up only the center of the screen, which places my social icons in the bottom center. If you could allow this small flexibility change I will add your app to my site.

The app its so great but only works on the main page of your website. I can´t recommend the Premium version. ((( I hope you solve this.

Worked for a day but now does not show up
I liked it at first but when i went back in the box it there but it is invisible and you cant access the settings.... Very disappointing. Not going to pay for a service if its got those kind of problems. hopefully they will fix.

Hi, We had a tremendous number of signups yesterday due to a Wix promotion. Our servers went down due to the sudden spike in traffic, which is why you weren't able to access the settings. We have restored our system and everything is back online. You should be able to continue using Dockvine. To prevent this from happening in the future, we are expanding our infrastructure to include more servers. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during this downtime. If you are willing to update your review it would be much appreciated :) Thanks, Taylor Dockvine Support

Same issue - the icons are locked bottom right- is there a solution so as to be able to move them ? Cheers Andrew
Stored reply
Hi Andrew, Thanks for contacting us and we appreciate your feedback. For the current version of our product, the bottom-right lock is by design. We are planning on offering deeper levels of customization for future releases and are looking into variable positioning. I'd love to learn more about how you'd like the Dockvine icons to be positioned on your site. If you get a chance feel free to email me at support @ dockvine.com. Thank you, Taylor Dockvine Support

Muito obrigado por esse aplicativo divino, impressionante. Apesar de pagar este aplicativo, fique perplexo pela ideia de ele acompanhar na página e quando clica em cima abre na mesma janela! Estão de parabéns.

Great App, BUT....
you need to have an x to click so people could exit the pop up. It is also limited on the youtube uploads not showing all the uploads. Also a suggestion should be adding a certain/chosen youtube playlist from your channel/
Stored reply
Hello :) We really appreciate your feedback. In fact, we already have an 'x' to close the pop up. If you are experiencing issues with this feature please email your website URL to support@dockvine.com and we'll take a look. With regards to the youtube suggestions we'll look into this and add it to our product roadmap. Thanks, Taylor Dockvine Support

Excellent app!
This is a great app to have, but one thing! When adding the app to my WIX site, I can't move (position) it anywhere else on my page, it's just fixed at the bottom right-hand corner of the page. And it also messes up the footer (bottom page). Can you make this app moveable so I can shift it anywhere please? Thanks!

URL for your wix website 2. Screen shot of what you see on the screen after adding Dockvine and opening Settings page You can email it to us at support@dockvine.com.
