Zero support. Instagram & Twitter not working

Still awaiting a reply to my ticket after 5 days. Very disappointing. Looked like a great little app but when things don't work and no-one gets back to you, it's difficult to be positive.

Looks good but i'm having problems

I can add the Instagram or Twitter. When I click on them (just like I have done for Facebook) , they go to a login page but never finish the process. Also looking forward to a LinkedIn feature.

Doesn't work, will not connect to Facebook

Only got it to connect to my Youtube account after giving permission to the app, after trying to enter all types of IDs. I got an error "this is still in development" when trying to connect to my professional Facebook page. Nice theory but does not work

Hi, We had a tremendous number of signups yesterday due to a Wix promotion. Our servers went down due to the sudden spike in traffic, which is why you weren't able to access the settings. We have restored our system and everything is back online. You should be able to continue using Dockvine. To prevent this from happening in the future, we are expanding our infrastructure to include more servers. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during this downtime. If you are willing to update your review it would be much appreciated :) Thanks, Taylor Dockvine Support

Hi, Thank you for trying out Dockvine and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our app seems to be working for other Wix users but we want to figure out your account is experiencing trouble connecting. We would appreciate if you can send us two pieces of information: 1. URL for your wix website 2. Screen shot of what you see on the screen after adding Dockvine and opening Settings page You can email it to us at support@dockvine.com. Sincerely, Taylor Dockvine Support.
