I was just charge $480 for this ap without my permission while adding a payment method
I was registering and the site set up was for paypal via my Wix account and it charged me $480 without my permission. When I called customer support the number was in Algeria and no longer in service! UPDATE: I was contacted via email and they are "reviewing" my account to see if I can be refunded. In their response to this review they discount my experience by saying they dont charge anything without confirmation. Maybe they think so, but I was in the middle of setting up a free trial, confirming my email and doing a Paypal test of $1 when without even completing that process a $480 charge was made to my PayPal account that I did NOT choose or agree to. Period. That said, technology on their end can have issues.I understand that. Implying that it was my issue is just bad customer service. To date the ap still does not work in my Wix site and I have not received a refund.

Hi, Thank you for the update and for sharing more details. We’re sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. Absolut unbrauchbar & katastrophaler Support

That's a shame
Cannot proceed even without physical location, it still wants me to put my location info. The problem is, it has no Finland included on the list so I can't put my business location info.
Stored reply
Thank you for your feedback. At the moment, our tool is not available for businesses based in Finland, which is why you’re encountering issues when trying to enter your location information. Since our services are not yet live in your country, continuing with setup may lead to inaccurate results, such as unreliable keyword tracking and progress data. We recommend pausing usage until we officially support Finland to ensure you get the full value of the tool. For any further assistance, please contact our support team at support@rankingcoach.com Kind Regards! Your rankingCoach Team

Erases online progress.
Doesn't do much if you already have a google business profile or social media accounts. Instead wants to erase everything you have and start new profiles, not link and connect to current profiles, so the "scan your profiles and website" is a lie and comes up with terrible selections and if you don't check each step you will lose anything you had previously done.
Stored reply
Hello! Thank you for your feedback. It seems there may have been a misunderstanding. rankingCoach does, in fact, connect with existing Google Business Profiles and social media accounts. Our goal is to enhance and optimize your current online presence, not to erase or replace it. If you encountered any issues while synchronizing your profiles, our support team would be happy to assist you in resolving them. Please feel free to reach out to us at support@rankingcoach.com, and we'll ensure that your existing profiles are correctly integrated and optimized. Best regards, Your rankingCoach Team

Von wegen Kostenlos! Lockvogel Angebot
0 Sterne!
