Another "Wix Choice" app without support
Installed it 30 days ago and upgraded so I can collect a bunch of session recordings to review. Now that I want to review them, the app is deleted from my Wix account. Installed new yesterday: no sessions recorded as of today (with plenty if visits). Worst of all, support is non-existent. What a waste of everyone's time.

What Great Features in 1 App
I have never given a review on Wix apps. But this one, I think, just really helped me out. And it was on the FREE version. It's funny how just 2 little things on the first row in the dashboard made me understand why nothing has been happening and why 1 certain item was getting a lot of views. This app alerted me to weird behavior, such as dead clicks and more, and then showed me the video of what the customer did. While having a slider gallery for my products on desktop is great. My mobile view would only show 1 item. And even though it has an arrow to slide and you could just swipe it to get to the next product, they were hitting the product. I even had a message box saying "You can click on the arrows or just swipe to see more." It still didn't work. Now I have a gallery with 8 items showing on desktop and now 8 items on mobile, but when you're on mobile, you get to scroll and see all 8 items and then hit Load More. Now they shouldn't get frustrated and leave. THANKS TWIPLA

So very helpful
This app runs really well and is pretty intuitive to set up without much help. Stopped working
This app doesn't work in Safari, I have to have a separet browser just for this, Firefox. But it doesn't always work there either. In Safari, the maps are mainly grey or not showing at all. Also before, you used to be able to see more accuratly from where visitors were, now it's only a general pin. I tried all the recommendations on how to deal with this but it never fixed.

Updated: Problem fixed!
Update - TWIPLA fixed the problem and Session Recordings now work great. Through the recordings, I can see what I am doing right and to find issues on my website that I need to fix. Thank you for reaching out and for all your help! ------ Over a year ago, I paid for this app for the recordings. Then, the recordings stopped working despite nothing changing on my end. None of the bug fixes they gave me worked. I manually removed the app and then reinstalled it many times. Still nothing, so I finally deleted the app. I recently tried again because TWIPLA offered another app for recordings only. But nothing loaded, not even a hint of a recording. I messaged for help and they just deleted the app from my dashboard. Overall, this has been frustrating and expensive. I loved the recordings when they worked over a year ago. Meanwhile, their tracking codes remain because the instructions to remove them were too tech-savvy for me. Not recommended.

I've been using this app for a week, and so far it's performing ok. I encountered an issue with the screenshot of my website, but it was easy to fix. I also reached out to customer support, and they responded relatively quickly and were very helpful.

I don't know what's worse?
I don't know if Wix analytics or TWIPLA is worse? They display drastically different stats, they're both very difficult to use and customer support for TWIPLA never contacting since inquiring with them weeks ago. Theire instructions on how to cancel my subscription was totally wrong. Ultimately they are both a waste of time. I wouldn't have installed TWIPLA but it was offered for a year free. I definitely do not recommend either Wix or TWIPLA.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the difficulty you faced in canceling your subscription. Normally, the process is designed to be very straightforward. Please note that we don't handle the billing but Wix does. To cancel your subscription, you need to do so from your Wix account, within the Premium Subscriptions section. Regarding the difference between the stats shown on Wix and TWIPLA, please note that different tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Wix Analytics, etc.) track visits, clicks, and traffic differently. Therefore, you may see different statistics on different platforms. We apologize if you have not received a response from us.
