Most of the services today are set to renew automatically, Please note that according to Wix: "To prevent any interruption of service, app subscriptions are set to renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription if you no longer need it." This is mentioned in the Terms. According to Wix: "To prevent any interruption of service, app subscriptions are set to renew automatically. You can cancel your subscription if you no longer need it." We are a third party party app in the Wix Market, therefore, the cookies must be allowed and the AdBlockers must be turned off, so that the app could load. It is not just a limitation for our app, it's something that might block other 3rd party apps as well. We can find a solution, that's for sure, by getting into a remote session with you. Thank you!

As you can imagine, changing part of the free features to premium it is, indeed something that we did to grow, to make even more great things and to keep a high quality for our service. All these, computers, servers, skilled employees cost good money and making your users’ data available for third-party entities would not be us. Therefore, we decided to run a change in our packages (quite a long time ago, when we did not even have most of these new useful features that are available with Basic) and keep offering our services for free with some more limits. This will also help us release more features to help you and other website owners and to improve our service.    Hi, We are sorry for the confusion! Upon checking, the app was installed on this website only today (around 7 hours ago). Any change of the domain/website/template it is considered a new website in Wix, and therefore you must install the apps again and start from scratch, since they cannot be transferred. Do you still have access to your old website by any chance? If yes, please note that you should be able to go to our app on that website and check the stats of the previous years. Thank you for understanding! Regarding our widget in your Editor, please note that it can be removed and you can install our app as a Dashboard app only.    Hello! Thank you for the feedback and for trying out Visitor Analytics, however, on the part of not being GDPR compliant, we would have to disagree. Our suggestion would be to write in the privacy policy of your website that visitors can disable the tracking if they want. For disabling the tracking you can use the "Ignore Visits" link from the website settings. There are also other ways of allowing your visitors whether they want to be tracked or not.    Hello! You are most welcomed to use the Free version and get useful stats, but Visitor Analytics Premium is offering a lot more than "basic analytics" - for instance, we're also offering Visitor Recordings where you can see videos of what visitors actually do on your website. Please feel free to reach us on support@visitor-analytics.io to try it out and hopefully change your mind! Thank you!
