Stopped working
This app doesn't work in Safari, I have to have a separet browser just for this, Firefox. But it doesn't always work there either. In Safari, the maps are mainly grey or not showing at all. Also before, you used to be able to see more accuratly from where visitors were, now it's only a general pin. I tried all the recommendations on how to deal with this but it never fixed.

We understand how frustrating it is when the maps don't display correctly. Recent updates have changed how visitor locations are displayed on the Latest Visitors Map. These changes were necessary to comply with evolving privacy regulations. I don't know what's worse?
I don't know if Wix analytics or TWIPLA is worse? They display drastically different stats, they're both very difficult to use and customer support for TWIPLA never contacting since inquiring with them weeks ago. Theire instructions on how to cancel my subscription was totally wrong. Ultimately they are both a waste of time. I wouldn't have installed TWIPLA but it was offered for a year free. I definitely do not recommend either Wix or TWIPLA.

We understand your frustration and apologize for the difficulty you faced in canceling your subscription. Normally, the process is designed to be very straightforward. Please note that we don't handle the billing but Wix does. To cancel your subscription, you need to do so from your Wix account, within the Premium Subscriptions section. Regarding the difference between the stats shown on Wix and TWIPLA, please note that different tracking platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Wix Analytics, etc.) track visits, clicks, and traffic differently. Therefore, you may see different statistics on different platforms. We apologize if you have not received a response from us. Bring back the Widget!
I love reading analytics and this app is amazing when it comes to them, but my widget that would be on the home page of the editor is gone now. The widget made it super fast and convenient to check my stats and bring them up right away. Their support team emailed me back and said they got rid of the widget. I don't understand why they would do that because the widget is very helpful. Please bring it back if not I probably won't renew my membership.

It's Ok
I started using the app and all was well then when I reset data to offset setup data the user experience went south. The app stopped recording video, among other data and the more I tried to correct it the worse it got. When I reached out to support I received a rather condescending reply as if I should know how to navigate VA to fix my problem. I replied that the response wasn't helpful and I requested a different VA support rep. This went unheard as the same support rep responded with another condescending response and so on...... VA needs to understand that while a VA tech support person can resolve an issue in mere minutes it can take hours for those unfamiliar with VA to resolve, hence this has been an unpleasant experience. I have since deleted the app I paid for and may try again at a later date. VA you can do better.

Too Expensive
Unfortunately app is too expensive and every few months the code goes down and needs different fix each time.

can't compete with google analytics
The app does what it claims to do, and it is nice to see my user traffic within Wix instead of a separate tool. That said, Google Analytics is far more powerful and free. This app just can't compete with that.

Hi! We are sorry we did not meet your expectations! We completely understand you, there are multiple differences, but let us mention some: 1. When you go to GA you will hit a wall full of information: 4 tabs and a side menu with around 40 options. And each of them has even more tabs, tables, drop-down buttons, options and charts. With Visitor Analytics you will forget all those cluttered graphs, drop-downs or overwhelming charts and you will see how your website is performing using a friendly interface and simple graphs! 2. Another note that we really care about: we do not cross track, we do not work with advertisers and all the data is all yours (hence, the simple and straightforward data as well). 3. We also have additional features which GA does not have (session recordings, heatmaps, funnels, polls & surveys) and we are intensively working on giving our web stats way more details and features in the months to come. when you reset your data
When you reset your data it can take days before the application is available again. There is definitely a bug in the reset option of this application

Did not follow settings and disrupted spacing
I installed this app on my pages and set the settings to not show on the pages. To my surprise, an "all visitors" counter appeared on my pages. I tried to hide it and the app ended up disrupting all of the spacing on my pages, which then needed to be redone. The app may function well, but it should not be leading to page layout disruptions and settings not being followed. A patch/fix needs to be applied to correct this error.

We're very sorry that you encountered problems in the setup. It should not be the case that there are errors. Here is how to fix it easily and manage your stats visibility on the website: -You can add your stat counter widget on your website from the editor as well and hide it from your visitors. By doing this, nothing gets shown on your website and you can check all the stats from your Visitor Analytics Dashboard. -To hide the widget, please go to your Editor, click on the widget's settings and a new menu will show up. Go to Settings, select Don't display on website and Publish your changes. Note: If the widget is still visible after you chose not to display it and published it, please clear your browser's cache, refresh the page and Publish the changes again (with the Don't display on website option selected). Don't hesitate to write us on support directly, we can help really quickly!

Cool feature but it's impossible to use without being barraged with messages suggesting that I update to premium. Ugh! I just want to use the basic visitor analytics tool!

Free version becoming almost useless
Useful features have been disappearing. If you count on them to give you the stats then you are screwed. Who knows what they're going to remove next. (Looks like we were using a trial version instead of a free one. You just didn't know when the trial period would be over until it's over.) Use it for reference only. If you want something more reliable, either pay or use Google Analytics instead.

Works great, changed pricing
Great app, but suddenly I have to pay for the full features, specifically seeing where visitors are from. If you're going to change pricing models, either warn users or grandfather older users into the "premium" for free.

It was better before last update
I was very happy with the free version, met my needs and expectations but now, with the lastest update, some features are gone. I might have considered upgrading before but not anymore. Taking away nice features only upsets potential customers, and unhappy customers won't purchase your products.

A little warning would have been nice.
Really don't appreciate the sudden switch to accessing stats as premium only. I totally get you needing to pay the bills/cover costs, but you should have let us know. I'm pretty irritated. Since I'm now going to be paying anyway I plan to shop around for a more communicative analytics service. Thanks!

It WAS great, but not anymore
The recent update made it so you can only see the "overview" of your visitor analytics if you're not a premium member, whereas before you could see specific data (location, IP address, pages viewed, etc) with the free version. This app is now useless to me. I understand the need for premium subscribers, but for a personal website that gets max 20 views a week, there is no way I will be paying $6 a month. Really disappointed with this app. I guess I'll be switching back to Google Analytics.

Hi, You can add your stat counter widget on your website & hnd hide it from your visitors. By doing this, nothing gets shown on your website and you can check all the stats from your Visitor Analytics Dashboard. i tested it myself with my own IPs and sometimes it takes it but sometimes i just skips it and it simply is not up-to-date.
