Shows data in real time
I added this app to my website a while ago, and I can see how my ads work, and check how many visitors I have. In the paid version one of the good features is a possibility to see how people act on each page and how to correct the flow.

How to stop recording my own website visits
I just installed this today. Seems ok, but how do I stop the count being gobbled up by my own website visits when I'm changing things in the Editor? Thanks.

Works ok and I can find the click farmers easier and block their IP address in adwords

Prefer this over Wix Analytics
I do love this app, however I have mixed reviews. I have two different experiences with this app, one with a member based website, and one with a product sales site. The needs are different and it doesn't really hit both sites equally. With the amount of video saves you get, its great for a member based site because there's only so many people who are going to be on your site and therefore won't waste the videos you're allowed. However with my sales page, I have multiple ads running causing thousands of clicks to my page and completely obliterating any video I would be able to have from relevant hits to the site. Even the max video they allow is so low that its pointless for me to upgrade just for that because I could have 100 videos for every 1 that actually means something that I would like to review. It would be nice if they increased this ability so I could actually have the option to review visits that are substantial and I can see what might cause them to abandon their cart.

Brave browser issues
Worked great for a while. Then a couple of weeks ago, visitor analytics would not load. I changed to Firefox and it loads. I have checked everything and talked to support and nobody seems to understand what the problem is. So now, I have to live with 2 browsers. Yuck.

It has an EasyPrivacy setting and when that is enabled, 3rd party apps such as Visitor Analytics cannot load properly. Simple Snapshot of Site performance
Visitor Analytics is an easy to use tool which gives you a very quick measure of how your site is performing against the most obvious metrics - new visitors, returning visitors and conversions. It has a few powerful features including the ability to set up funnels and events to get more details information on visitor behaviour. Couple of things that would be useful is the ability to ignore traffic from my Wix Editor and from a specific IP address / range so that we don't skew the results when we view our website. Also, from an SEO point of view, I would like to be able to see what search queries direct visitors to our pages have used to find us. Overall it is a powerful suite of tools and far less daunting to use than the industry standard Google Analytics which requires a degree to get the most out of it.

Good and, importantly, frequently improving.
Recently had a look at Google Analytics but far far too complicated. This is much easier to setup and to use - maybe with fewer facilities but it really gives all the info we need. I often think that Customer Support is a reflection of the Company and whilst they don't have a "chat" facility my experience is that knowledgeable email responses take less than an hour (last time 15 minutes) via email.

It's a nicely designed app with good insight. However, I do not think I will renew my subscription after my credit runs out. For my needs it has all the same features as the free google analytics. Will say, super cool and creepy all at once, it has the session record feature that records all your site guests movements and actions on your site.

V funtional tool, although the Interface dashboard can be worked upon
Got this app as an add on to my premium plan. A cheery on the top indeed. Interesting to see visitor count, country of origin and time spent. Need to explore all the functionalities and use it practically. It would also be interesting to see a HTML Click map to see where visitors click the most.

This app is well worth the value. To make this a five star app it should integrate with Wix Premium Apps like the Wix Video App. I would love to be able to see how many viewers I have online during my live streams. If this app could do that it would be the best analytics tool for Wix sites by far.

Good app
Pretty easy to use. It was a little tricky to set up with embedding codes, and the site said everything was tracking when it wasn't. I thought I had done it incorrectly and reached out to their team. They were fast and helped me troubleshoot it. Turns out it just needed some time to boot up. After that, pretty easy to navigate and use!

Pretty Good
Im pretty new to analytic. I'm still finding my way around stuff. Like I had to work out how to disable my IP address to get a better documentation of what my visitors are doing. After doing so I have a better understanding but still need to learn a lot more like setting up funnels to see where customers are dropping out and why. I'm not sure how to set up the funnel section.

Great analytics, has limits that don't have to be there
Visitor Analytics has been my go-to app for analytics for about 4 months now. It gives me precise details about a lot of things I need to know and it's nice knowing who clicked on a link in a newsletter with the UTM Campaigns. But I'm not here to say it's perfect. It is limited with the free account (not as much as it used to be - thanks for the upgrade to the free account, Visitor Analytics), and most of the advanced features need a Wix Premium account (Wix's problem, not Visitor Analytics'). Value: 7.5/10 Accuracy of Reports: 9.5/10 Free Version of App: 8/10 Paid Version of App: 6/10 Overall Score: 8.5/10
