Attention bug depuis plus d'une semaine. L'application ne charge plus. Pouvez-vous réinitialiser l'application. Nous avons plusieurs visite virtuelles dessus. Merci à vous.

Not Working

This plugin worked great in trial and so we upgraded. We now can NOT use it...it won't let us upload any photos...and we have paid for the subscription. I have sent a couple emails with no response.

Not working at all when my client sees my website. So embarrassing. Where is the support team.

A parte la qualità delle immagini, l'app risulta molto artigianale. Nella demo di presentazione le immagini sono di qualità mentre nonostante le immagini caricate siano ad alta definizione l'app le ripropone con una qualità assolutamente insufficiente.

Support is worse

Without any change on my end the app stopped working on mobile devices. I got in contact with the support team and it took them 4 months to fix the error. Looking for an alternative.

Always broken

Used to work fine, but lately it is always down, leaving an ugly grey error rectangle on my web pages. Uploading images often fails. Great when it works, but lately that is rare. Fix it please!

The app isn't working on Android mobile phones

The app stopped working on my website when accessed via mobile. I tried to reach the support (support@viar.live), but they haven't responded. The issue has persisted for two weeks, and I haven't received any response from the app provider. I tried to get some help from support@viar.live already, with no response.

Not happy as to short

We installed the app as a trial while we build the site... however the trial ran out in a few days and the site is still not close to being ready to go live. I do not think that the trial should end until the site goes live with premium plan. need to show customer and cannot unless you pay.

It's not working

I already paid subscription in all of my landing pages, and it stopped working so suddenly altogether without any refund or consequences on their part.

Overpriced & Can't Try all Features in Trial

You offer a free trial to try it but you don't allow access to the store/product widget. How can a user know how it works and if it suits their needs if you can't access and try it? Moreover, too pricey when there are much more affordable and better options out there now.

No trial period was specified or mentioned when app was added now they want more money per month to continue. Having the trial app even on a (now) hidden page is popping up on my home page (where it is NOT inserted) when published. Terrible. Will remove as you aren't woth it.

Es muy basico puedo conectar 1 tour virtual, me funciona bastante bien en mi caso no necesito mas, es justo lo que necesitaba, creo que WIX deberia tenerlo integrado por defecto.

Bei Abschluss des Basic-Abos sollten 10 Fotos pro Tour verwendet werden können. Das ist aber nicht so, das sei ein "Tippfehler". Es sind genau so viele wie in der 7-Tage-Testversion.

Fantastic, I found the app I was looking for.

The Virtual Tour application I found as a result of my long research is a comprehensive and very well developed application. Special thanks to the technical support team. They helped me so much that I didn't even think about giving up for a second. As a result, the application is very successful. Definitely use the paid version, I recommend it. I didn't think it would be this special.

demo not quite satisfying yet

mostly selfexplanatory software but I can not make my decision in favour of it as long as I find no way to enter first sight angle, elevation and size of pictures.....no clue so far

I have used this add-on with ok results, but issues showed themselves. Now it says on our business page that ours has expired. Upgrade to continue. That is most embarrassing to have this on a business page especially that it was advertised as free for so long and not to have the cheek to charge after promoting it as free.

I'm extremely happy with this app.

It provides the functionality I required (zoom, hotspots, and infospots), gives me the ability to present a 360 view of a room in the historic home I assist. This is so much more meaningful than snapshots. When I needed a little technical help, I got great support by email and I anticipate several of my questions being added to the FAQs so others need not ask. I highly recommend Virtual Tours to anybody needing 360 virtual reality.

Can I add multiple tours on one webpage

I had a very quick response to my question below which helped me a lot. When I add four different virtual tours on a single webpage, managed through WIX, the tours disappear to the background and are not visible. I tried everything to make them all four visible when publishing, but nothing helps. Am I doing something wrong or can't four virtual tours on one single webpage not being loaded and displayed by WIX?

"Set the view as tour starting point" does NOT work. Once this is fixed I will revise my rating.

Stymied

I can create the tour however Im having a hard time uploading my tours to a page. Resizing etc. It takes up half the page. I there a better tutorial. I know it will work I just dont know how.

Features don't work

Can't update tour thumbnails, can't save change to 360 starting positions. Preview thumbnail on website is too low resolution and compressed to be suitable when large.

Works on website but not on blog posts

I've reached out about this more than once and am getting nowhere. I can only add the tour to a published blog post, not a blog post I am newly creating. It doesn't make sense to publish something first then add the tour. Disappointing.

how many virtual tours can i make?

Hi! I'm using Virtual Tours and found out i can't make more than 4 virtual tours. Is it error or is there any limits?

The app was working. Now it is not possible to set the Start View.

I have sent email messages about the problem, which has been verified by Wix Support. The app worked well some weeks ago. Apparently a software change was made in the app, or in Wix, or both. In any case, testing failed to reveal the new problem. The Start View appears to have been set, however only a black box is displayed, and the list of Tours in the Manage Tours display does not display an image of the Tour image. I will update this review when I see a response and a solution to the problem.

Disappearing photos & watermarking

I have had nothing but issues with this app. I paid for the full version, and when I uploaded the photos the app added a krpano.com watermark all over everything. On top of this, some of the photos uploaded to the tour completely disappeared in the tours photo preview bar down below, making them unviewable and left a blank space instead which made the tours look even worse. I tried to create new tours, each time with the same issues on different photos. This app is completely broken. Reached out to customer service only to be told they would look into it and I never heard back. Followed up and again no response. Don't waste your money. Since I can't reply directly, in response to the reply from FusionWorks below: I brought this issue to their attention nearly two months ago, I was told that is was an issue with their processing system and they were looking into it. Never heard back after that, despite following up on it. Watermarking on almost every photo is a pretty critical issue.

Very Good 360 App

My tour worked great on my iPhone! On my desktop computer when viewing in Chrome or Edge, it would be nice if the thumbnails could be set so that they are on by default when launching tour. After clicking on an information button, the information box doesn't display when in full screen mode. It displays fine when not in full screen mode. It would also be good if links would play without leaving the tour and opening a new tab.
