The delivery time for the order is 11 business days. The entire order duration includes production time and shipping time. According to your choice of logistics, the commitment time should be within 3+12=15 business days. To express our apology, we have compensated you for all the delays. As shown in your order history, you chose Standard Shipping(7-12 BDs) for all your orders. We highly recommend Fast Shipping (5-8 BDs) if you expect faster delivery. Secondly, we always take full responsibility in case of a lost package. However, we don't see any record of losing your packages. All your parcels have been successfully delivered. Please contact us if there's any unsolved problem. Lastly, please see how we calculate shipping costs on our shipping page. A bulk order often means a higher shipping cost. Each user's opinion matters. Here are some solutions to the issues you encountered: 1. We highly recommend you save the product template before you exit the design creator. This way, you won’t lose any uploaded files and can always go back to modify the saved template. 2. We have reported the second issue to our web development team and expect it to be resolved soon. 3. When closing the design creator, you will see a popup window with five exit options. Besides the “Create an Order” and “Add to Store” buttons, you can hit “Edit” to keep editing the same template, or click “Create a new template with the same product”; also, you can return to the Product Templates page by clicking the underlined “Product Template”.
