    Slow Slow shipping

    The item(s) ships from China, I wish I had known it has been 13 business days and I still do not have the item. I will not be using in my Wix store again.

We have looked into your issue and found that your order was placed on September 25th and delivered on October 10th (GMT+8). The delivery time for the order is 11 business days. The entire order duration includes production time and shipping time. According to your choice of logistics, the commitment time should be within 3+12=15 business days. We're pleased to share that it was delivered within our promised order duration timeframe. If you need your order to be delivered faster, we offer Fast shipping and Express shipping options for orders shipped to the USA.     Im So Disappointed

    The products are extremely impressive, but the service is dreadful! Late deliveries & unhelpful communication. Not recommended! I placed an order on 7.11.23, the website claims 2-3 days turnaround (to create products), but my order took 14 days (10 business days). It was quality checked and shipped on 7.29.23, I received on 8.08.23. The customer service is very polite but unhelpful with communicating their process times with me; they gave several excuses without resolving issues. Even my expedited delivery (3-5 business days) was late. I contacted PODPartner about the time issue and they replied with a calendar picture saying it's just "6 days". It wasn't a great response to me, but I gave them another chance. After a few times with similar results Im sad to have to move on to another company. I can't sell products on my website taking an unclear 2-5 weeks longer than advertised to create/deliver. So disappointing. I may just use them for personal products.
