    Awesome products and services

    PODpartner has definitely exceeded my expectations. Their clothes are very good value for money and I'm so in love with the street cuts. The design tool was quite easy and fun to use. A big thumbs up to their customer service who were very responsive and helpful when I ran into issues. Highly recommended!

    I love this app

    I honestly love this app, it's everything I ever wanted for a POD application. All I do wish to recommend for the PODpartner app is just: 1. When adding a design for us to be able to fully see the progress and exiting out doesn't completely cancel an upload to the PODpartner website. 2. Have the ability to add the same product to multiple collections and not just one. 3. Be able to exit after making a design without it forcing us to immediately add to the store. Otherwise everything is great.

Here are some solutions to the issues you encountered: 1. We highly recommend you save the product template before you exit the design creator. This way, you won’t lose any uploaded files and can always go back to modify the saved template. 2. We have reported the second issue to our web development team and expect it to be resolved soon. 3. When closing the design creator, you will see a popup window with five exit options. Besides the “Create an Order” and “Add to Store” buttons, you can hit “Edit” to keep editing the same template, or click “Create a new template with the same product”; also, you can return to the Product Templates page by clicking the underlined “Product Template”. We strive to meet all your needs and will do our utmost to deliver a better experience in the future. Hope to hear from you again. : )
