    Slow Slow shipping

    The item(s) ships from China, I wish I had known it has been 13 business days and I still do not have the item. I will not be using in my Wix store again.

We have looked into your issue and found that your order was placed on September 25th and delivered on October 10th (GMT+8). The delivery time for the order is 11 business days. The entire order duration includes production time and shipping time. According to your choice of logistics, the commitment time should be within 3+12=15 business days. We're pleased to share that it was delivered within our promised order duration timeframe. If you need your order to be delivered faster, we offer Fast shipping and Express shipping options for orders shipped to the USA.     Their website is very easy to use. Their shipping rates and shipping times are horrible.

    I have ordered multiple times, with a 5-8 day shipping. It took these orders over 30+ days to delivered. I even tried ordering in bulk, and they were trying to charge me $400+ for shipping. Customer service is not great, as they only respond in the middle of the night. They do not resolve issues, they just give more and more excuses. They use shipping partners that have lost my packages, and when I tell them the package is lost they told me they don't offer refunds. All in all has been a horrible experience for me. There clothes are great, but not worth all of this.

To express our apology, we have compensated you for all the delays. As shown in your order history, you chose Standard Shipping(7-12 BDs) for all your orders. We highly recommend Fast Shipping (5-8 BDs) if you expect faster delivery. Secondly, we always take full responsibility in case of a lost package. However, we don't see any record of losing your packages. All your parcels have been successfully delivered. Please contact us if there's any unsolved problem. Lastly, please see how we calculate shipping costs on our shipping page. A bulk order often means a higher shipping cost. Each user's opinion matters.
