Amazing, I love it!

This ap is great, and most importantly it is the way the CEO and her team run the company. They do an amazing on boarding, explain what is needed, answer any questions and just make it happen! If you need to drive relevant traffic from your visitors and contacts, they are fantastic. It is almost like running on autopilot, with the difference being that there is a team behind it that makes it work, not a tech solution you have to spend all your time managing. I definitely recommend.

Advertising made easy!!!

Retarget has been absolutely amazing! The app is easy to set up and creating your first advertisement is as easy as 1,2,3. Tired of sifting through pages of information trying to figure out cost-per-click and bid ranges like we were? Retarget makes it simple :) Customer support is top notch and responses to any questions or issues are prompt, courteous, and make you feel like a priority.

SCAMMED

So many issues with this app l really dont know where to start. Number 1. don't expect to get any support from Wix or Eleanor Clements the unresponsive bot. l have been waiting 10 days for help because the app keeps telling me that it isn't activated despite linking google analytics . l just checked my settings and all information including my personal details have been deleted. Now trying to get my money back but even that seems impossible. All l can say is just don't bother. Wix pass the buck because its a 3rd party app so you wont get your money back. l would also steer clear of any 3rd party apps provided by WIX because they are not guaranteed. No refund if its not working.

THIS IS A SCAM APP

I paid for the service, they state one week for processing... more than 2 weeks later still NOTHING. I have sent a request for service, they said back within 3 hours, no response. I have not yet cancelled and will amend my review if they can prove themselves, but so far... my experience has been terrible. I am happy to give a company a second chance, but you only get two chances. UPDATE: I waited, and waited and waited and the company simply ignored my enquiry. DO NOT USE THIS APP - They will take your money and not provide you with any service. WIX... have had such a great experience with you, but partners like this make me second guess the quality of your partnerships.

never worked once

Retargeting not happening after signing up several weeks ago

After several weeks the retargeting has not yet started. Sent emails a few weeks ago they said ad was approved by them but waiting on google to approve ad. Went to check Retarget today and the app dashboard will not load on Wix, checked our insites and still no traffic coming from them.

They do not retarget for your website! DO NOT USE and read below.

We have used them for 6 months. We are a new product that did not exist prior to us creating it. Every time we pay to get traffic on our site, the prospective lead spend over 1 min 50 sec reading out site, and then they leave. They are not retargeted after by AdTechium. I have tried on our computers, friend and other to see if they get any type of retarget and nothing. I have emailed our act rep asking what AdTechium is doing and what I am paying for and the response is "The reason that some of the users who enter your website are not exposed to your ad is a process called optimization. When our system identifies users who have entered your site for a short time or those who have been on the site and have not performed significant activity or not purchased, we catalog them as non-relevant." How is a person staying on my site for 2 minutes or more not relevant?????? They still have not responded to what they actually have done.

Easy to use and great service

I have used Retargeted Online Ads for nearly a month now and the jump in unique visitors has increased by 31% compared to the month before. Site sessions have increased by 40% and average session Duration by 48%. This can’t be a coincidence as it is the highest percentage I have ever registered since the creation of my online business. Customer service was great and very prompt to help me set up properly.

Easy Like Sunday Morning

For a nontech kind of guy, I love the ease and simplicity of AdTechium. I can write the ad and create the images, but get to the people stuff is beyond me. During my first week, we had over 10,000 views. I would have never been able to do this. I'm very encouraged by their product. Ease of use and excellent outcome. That's a good combination!

We are very pleased with the service and the number of ads served and clicks which result. I find Eleanor’s service and responsiveness to be exceptional and a delight to connect with.

Easy and affordable

I am in the initial stages, but have only had good results. The ad was simple to create, support was extremely responsive, professional and clear in their email communication. I also received a few sales the first 2 days, and the dashboard is clear and simple. Compared to other very expensive options, their plans are totally affordable for my small but growing business, especially once the visibility and sales increase. Thank you for making this option available to my small biz. I was worried there wasn't a solution, but you have come to the rescue with simplicity and affordablility. Looking forward to seeing the results!

Easy to use!

Getting set up with Retarget was super simple and the communication with the customer service team was great. There were some things I needed to do on my end to get going and I received easy to follow instructions and a follow-up from a team member. As soon as I got the notification that I was all set up and my ads were retargeting I saw an uptick in traffic to my site which converted to sales!

Set up is a breeze, less than 5 minutes I would say. Response time to questions is less than a day, and they have actively checked my campaign and suggested adjustment for better results

Great Services

This is an easy to set up and use Platform. Just few clicks and you are done leaving the rest for AdTechium to complete. I have experienced a very responsive customer support. Cost wise this platform is more affordable than other platforms that I have used not to talk of the number of Unique visitors it pulls are more than what you will get in month from other platforms for only advertising on Google. More Room for improvement!!!!!

I got the same response with Retaget compaired to Yelp in a month at a fraction of the price.

This is my feedback from what I have experienced so far: results: So far I have seen about the same results that I saw with other advertising means. Ease of use: your application is very easy to use Customer service: I would say that you guys should do a better job of explaining the process and keeping your clients in the loop of what is going on with their ads and account. Cost: you are one of the fairest price-wise companies I have worked with.

they gave me a trial, i had issues with it and i emailed them and never got an answer, its been installed on my site for 3 weeks and i haven't seen one single visit from it, it doesn't even deserve one star

No support so far

Signed up almost 2 weeks ago and still have no ad running. For $100 a month, I expect better servicing for my busy website. I have submitted multiple tickets to support with NO reply. I will be reporting to wix and asking for a refund if I do not have an ad running in the next 24hours.

Cant submit a ticket

I have tried multiple times over the last two days to submit a ticket to the help desk and it will not go in, I have done a ton of captchas to verify and no matter what I do it will not submit. Fix your site, having one one way to contact customer service that doesn't even work is not ok.

Helped me get traffic to my website

This isn't just retargeting organic visitors, I chose to advertise on Facebook and Instagram and it got thousands of views.

Very easy to create and edit an ad.I just wrote to the support team in wich sites i would like my ad to appear and they made it. You can get some more clicks to your website. I will definetely use this app again in the future. Support team always replied to my questions.

Paid for plan over 1 week ago , can't get hold of customer support, very bad support, can you please refund my money.

I´ve just started with this less than a month ago and already have 1,024 site visitors and 139 clicks, I cannot be happier. Customer service is excellent, they always answer in less than an hour.

Don't spend your money

The app loading time is so slow. Customer service didn't respond for any of my inquires for more than a week. It's been almost 2 weeks since I have created a campaign, and approval is still pending. I've paid $100 for the first month of the subscription, and I have been promised 24 hours of campaign approval. It is more like 240 hours, and campaign is still being reviewed. This app is a scam.

VERY BAD SERVICE & LIE SUPPORT. For all WIX customers a warning: Do not pay for this service. I paid for this service for Pro version, and after 10 days of my payment the service is not active for my website. After 4 days I paid the service I realized that the ad was not online. I contacted the form support within the Application and one person named ADVA said that my ads and services would be approved within the next two days. It's been 4 days, I emailed daily to the support and I did not have any answer. They did not activate the service in my account. FRAUDULENT APP AND VERY BAD / LIE SERVICE / SUPPORT I suffered a blow from this site and will file a complaint to WIX asking for a refund as I paid the service for two websites After 10 days after my payment i dont have my Ads running and dont receive any click in my campaing and the Support told me to wait the Ads aproved and after 5 days after my contact with support i dont receive any response. Very bad support I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND REFUNDED OF MY TWO 2 Payment. it's the best

it really work i love it

It seems to be working pretty well.

I have been using the free version for several months now. I recently discovered that I do have corporation in my google analytics. In the source/medium graph retarget is specifically named and I can see that it is indeed working. The stats on the Google analytics page and on the Retarget dashboard don't exactly match but it's unrealistic the they would. The fact that they show up there at all is a good sign though!!

Misleading info on starter plan. App only useful to sites with high traffic

I was hopeful for this app and purchased the starting plan to help build my small site with my existing visitors. I contacted support to ask how long do they need to gather before retargeting starts. And they said their starter plan needs 100-150 visitors at least before the retargeting ads could start which they think would take a month for my site (and suggest updating to PRO plan instead). I am a starting website and has 50-100 visitors. So it means I have to pay the second and succeeding months before retarget will show my ad (when they finally finish collecting data). Hope that you update the starter plan on your website to say "Site needs 100-150 visitors at least for this plan to work, for low traffic website it would take 1 month of collecting of data before retarget ads work" Was hoping this would be an app to help starting websites but I guess it's not. I just hope you'd be honest and update your plans descriptions clearly so as not give false hope to customers.

Really Good!

I am very happy that I came across this app as I am good at what I do I'm a total noob at marketing. I've seen much improvement on traffic for my site and customer service is fabulous extremely helpful I would definitely recommend.

Crucial

Honestly amazing app! The basic package feels CRUCIAL to attract many site visitors back, especially when you've changed something and wish to easily let them know. I haven't upgraded to the other packages but they genuinely seem SO worth it if you wish to advertise to previous site visitors via Facebook or attract new visitors. I'm truly so glad Retarget exist. <3

Happy I discovered this it's great

I really enjoy your retarget app. I am new to the whole process of retargetting. It seems to be very informative and effective I plan to take better advantage of it in the next few weeks and really get all the way into it. I have not taken full advantage of its full potential but I do plan to do so. If you had to ask me I would give you guys very high marks. I have also told my friends about you guys and your app.
