Bug na instalação

Preciso entregar um site ao meu cliente e não consigo, não consigo fazer a instalação no site pois está bugado, não consigo mexer em nada após fazer a instalação no editor e quando volto ao painel de controle vejo que a instalação não foi concluída

A mais de uma semana parado, porque ao criar a pagina, não publica a pagina trava tudo, já tentei abrir pedido de ajuda duas vezes sem auxilio nenhum do suporte, grande decepção!

Uncomfortable UI: Cluttered image thumbnails

I really wonder whose idea it was to display all the images at once. When an item has multiple options, close to 50 images end up getting uploaded, and every single one of them shows up in the thumbnail area, making it look extremely messy and cluttered. To make matters worse, there is no way to remove or customize these thumbnails. At the very least, there should be an option to display only the main image. I am currently considering a refund because of this issue.

Now useless

Can no longer add photos to products via the app. Instead have to use the desktop version which is very time consuming.

Wix stores is not working

The store does not work its over writing all my files. i cant sell products the helpdesk cant help me, they don t know the problem. it has a big bug in it. when i add a product, the product for digital will be one item. and when i test it to see what a customer receive, i receive just a example file and alle the files are the same. Now i have to look for a solution, nothing is working, and that part is teh important part of my whole shop. how can i start selling if i cant sell

Ultrapassado e sem atualizações

Infelizmente falta muitos recursos que são essenciais para visualização final do produto. Não tem opção de personalizar o pedido deixando-o customizado (com algum bordado por exemplo). Infelizmente é muito engessado em uma ideia ultrapassada, não há modernidade atribuído ao app o que leva a buscar outros que agreguem mais informações na página do produto.

This issue affects: All store pages All devices Entire filtering functionality It was working normally just hours before. This appears to be a serious system bug on Wix side, not user error. Very concerning for businesses relying on product filtering for sales.

Absolute trash broken app

The store never loads. The page will load in, but the store always says its unavailable. Generally, it is broken on all browsers except sometimes firefox. Useless.

Total Garbage!

Wix talks a big game about helping entrepreneurs grow, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. I run a fully licensed gun store, and I wanted to branch out by selling something simple and completely harmless - COFFEE. Nothing controversial, nothing complicated. NOTHING in there TOS says I cant sell & Drop ship coffee yet they keep using the vague statement of "policy"- Shame on you for your lack of support for a disabled combat veteran trying to expand his business.

Tried linking a button to the shop page, the page loaded but the shop did not. Use something else

It's weird

I've set up a lot of e-commerce stores and this one makes no sense. You would think you would create a page on the site menu and then just add the store template. Nope.. doesn't work like that. It does some weird thingy and then when you look for videos or blogs that help with troubleshooting, they don't even exist. Use something else. Trust me.

Лимит описания категорий в 600 символов — это издевательство, не позволяющее добавить ни детальный текст, ни блоки FAQ. Сама микроразметка жестко ограничена по длине кода и не дает внедрить экспертные данные. В карточке товара нельзя убрать или поменять стандартные поля, а отсутствие ручной настройки цен и валют для разных языков добивает маркетинг. Вместо готового магазина приходится всё собирать на статичных страницах вручную ради базовых настроек, которые везде есть по умолчанию. Пора уже выкатывать функции, которые годами висят у вас в планах.

What doesn’t work

If you look at the big picture, the store looks good, but once you dive deeper inside, everything is very sad. I paid for the premium plan, thinking it might help, but no. Flexibility is really lacking. No flexibility in many processes. For example, for delivery I can only choose either free shipping or shipping by tariff. I simply cannot remove shipping at all. There is no proper localization for Ukraine — no local postal operators. Payments. You can choose only 3 payment services, and they require a huge amount of business documents (the process takes 3–5 weeks just to get started). One option is a custom payment form, which is ridiculous, because for example I have one payment option for a sole proprietor (FOP) and another option is cash on delivery. But I can add only one payment method. There are no proper payment integrations for Ukraine. Also, you are required to enable online payments for the plan to work at all — that’s insane.

there's no Wishlist for the products or a page to view the wishlist items smh how do you not include this option

Non interagisce con le altre app

Ho wix store installato, e anche se lavoro con il negozio online, quando vado per mettere altre app mi segnala errore e mi chiede di installare Wix store. Ho aperto una segnalazione quasi un mese e mezzo fa ma sono ancora in attesa, nonostante i solleciti, della risoluzione del problema, ed ancora oggi mi dicono che non sanno quale sia il problema e quando riusciranno a risolverlo.

Ganze Baukasten ein wahrer Müll. Hauptsache jedes Jahr teurer. Neue Funktionen werden einfach hinenigepflastert ohne wirklich einen Sinn und eine Kompatibilität mit alten Funktionen zu schaffen. Stattdessen kann man beim Warenkorb so gut wie nichts bearbeiten. Gewisse Formulare muss man selber erstellen und die, die es schon gibt, findet man irgenwo auf Drittem Weg. Katastrophe!!!

Wie ein Virus

Ich hab den store wieder deinstalliert. Dazu habe ich alle Seiten die dazu existierten auch gelöscht. Doch immer wenn ich den Editor öffne lädt sich die app immer wieder von alleine herunter. Ich habe sie schon 5 mal deinstalliert, aber nur einmal installiert.

Customer service and payment settings

This has been a nightmare. It allowed me to set up a store, accept orders and allow for customers to choose manual payment. It stopped and will not allow that anymore. I have contacted customer service numerous times, have a support ticket and keep being shuffled around customer service reps. My ticket is "under investigation" by an off site team and no one can put me in touch with them or find out what is going on. I am starting to think the off site team is run by the tooth fairy. I could not be more upset with this app and never want to pay another cent to WIX

They enforce their policies so hard it may interfere with your business

Some products like Oil, hardware or consumables related to hunting and outdoors sports, but not registered as restricted by law are banned from their payment solutions and therefore, the implementation of an online sales strategy is not applicable if you use wix.com products.

customers can't cancel or update address on their product subscriptions

So many problems, also on the phone app, I can't manage or search for certain customers subscriptions. So when someone wants to cancel their sub, I have to be at home on my computer just to manage it. Customers or I, can't update their subscription address AT ALL so if they move, they just have to cancel their subscription & resubscribe which many forget to or decide not to, customers also can't cancel their own subscriptions. So they have to email me, which just irritates everyone involved. The also CAN'T even change the frequency or items in their subscription, AND they can't proceed in the checkout with non-subscription items & subscription items, in other words, have to create 2 separate orders and pay shipping twice. Customer service has no idea what they're talking about either. They are no help. Lots of basic features missing. Stay away from this. Regret it so much. They just keep making it worse.

Couldn't refund for paying a year in advance

Wix (10 billion dollar company was unable to refund my small business partially for the 9 months remaining on my subscription. I refund folks all the time at any time for any reason so I just can't understand why they can't partially refund me

Incomplete product import and no multi-domain support

What's the point of having a .csv product import system if you can't import GTIN, MPN, material, colors, dimensions, image alt tags, meta description, meta title, and more? Either do it properly or don't do it at all — but don't do it halfway! The app doesn’t support multiple domains either — it’s impossible to have the Spanish version of your site on a .es domain and the French version on a .fr domain. There’s no multi-market SEO strategy at all. Come on, it’s 2025!

Lacks basic functionality

Every time you log into Wix, they showcase flashy new features like animated text or custom cursors. Yet after three years, they still haven’t added basic functionality like left/right arrows for product thumbnails. Instead, users are stuck clicking tiny dots to navigate between images, a clunky and frustrating design choice. On top of that, there’s no way to upload a custom thumbnail for imported videos. You’re stuck with whatever random frame Wix selects, which often looks unprofessional and is a missed opportunity to showcase products effectively. This lack of control is both inconvenient and disappointing, especially when these features should be standard. Wix seems more focused on gimmicks to attract users than on fixing fundamental flaws that impact usability and business growth. I wouldn't recommend. Stay away at all costs.

Very poor support for non-profit corporations

System forms and policies pertaining to payment verification and donations do not accommodate not for profit and non profit corporations without share capital. Other websites provide much better services with minimal hassle. Despite meeting all the posted verification requirements and being told we were approved to receive payments, we ended up having to refund all our donations AND pay the processing fees. Wix told me (after hours on the help line) that their verification policies had changed but the website guidelines had not been updated. We were badly mistreated..

They hold your money without any reason. Don't use that platform
